Very comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was great, great water pressure. Kids play area, grill and pool all great! The staff so amazingly helpful! I Will certainly stay again if the opportunity arises.

The lighting was dull making it feel gloomy. The carpet could use updating both in hallways and rooms. Rooms were clean though! The first impression I got from walking to my room made me question what the room would be like, I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean room! I didn't feel unsafe ever however the outside doors to the facilities do not have keyed entry so anyone could come inside. Also no dead bolt on the door.

I like the friendliness of the staff and owner. I liked the ability to bring our small lap dog with us on this trip. He was well received by all. I like the hot coffee and tea available in the lobby as well as games available to use.

The pool was in the next building over so we had to walk outside to get there. I was disappointed that the outside firepit area was already shut down for the season. We had some beautiful nights and we would have enjoyed sitting around the fire to enjoy the evening. I was disappointed that the outside grill was shut down for the season. I planned to grill steaks as it was so beautiful outside and ended up putting out steaks on ice to take home. The location could use a deep cleaning.

I wish there had been an elevator. Next time I will ask for the lower level. I was asked originally if I had a preference and I said no. But steps are hard for me.
