Hotel is very badly maintained with unprofessional staffs. No facilities are available as expected. Dirty room, bad AC, dirty bed sheets. Costly food

Room was not properly cleaned. No toiletries, AC is not cooling at all, Foods are very costly and preparation is also not good. Staffs are not co operative. Please take it up with hotel. I will think twice before going to book any hotel through Booking.com

They arranged dinner for me even though they mentioned that their resturant was closed. I checked in around 10:40 pm.
No adequate staffs. During night they mentioned there was no staff. Bed sheet, warmer, pillow covers were not cleaned properly.

there were cockroaches all around in the room …. dirty linen … the water kettle was stinky. water bottle seal was open . nothing good to say about the property

Clean, tidy, well maintained rooms. Would book FabHotel Triple Tree again, if I again visit. The rooms are very good., polite attendants, all amenities of a good hotel are available.

Breakfast was ok. Need to improve the items. At least they should add eggs.
Bedsheet and quilts should be properly cleaned. Found blood stains in bedsheet. Beer bottle under bed. The room lights are very poor and only one LED bulb was there. Water licking from AC. Windows channel is full of cigarette buds.

property was good, however the bed was quite small for 2 person. and all staffs are so nice and well mannered.

Location was really good. Restaurants nearby. Rooms were big .
We booked two rooms. In one rooms lots of small size cockroach were there.
Female Receptionist was unprofessional. Male Receptionist was polite .
They have poor staffing to manage restaurant for breakfast buffet .
