Nothing .... bad experience

I have paid total amount ! But when I reached in hotel the hotel asked me for extra charge and said there is some problem going ! And took 1000 rupees from me at 11:30 pm! I was very tired and paid but it was mot worth the money and the staff asked me 1000 rupees extra !
