Loved the house and area. Kitchen was well equipped. We made some tasty chowder from clams we picked up just down the road. Route One Bakery bread to go with was perfect. But back to the house … loved it all. Loved the cool foggy mornings and watching the surfers down the hill. Thanks.

We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday with our two small children and a few close friends. The house was incredible. The views were great. Nice location to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved the bunk beds. We made dinner both nights in the gourmet kitchen and they had everything we needed. In the mornings I was able to jog down to the beach although it was quite a steep climb back up. We started each morning watching the deer and rabbits and ended each night with ping pong and a game of pool. Incredible getaway!!

The house was spacious with a great view of the bay. The kitchen was listed as "gourmet" but dishes were chipped, kitchen linens were limited, ice maker was almost none-functioning. The beds were great. Maybe add grab-bars in the showers for safety?

This place was perfect! We had an awesome retreat with our Girl Scout troop. They had everything we needed with breath taking views. The bunk beds are awesome for kids and there were three king beds for the adults. We’ll be back!!!

Lovely get away for our anniversary

Great house with plenty of room to have privacy. Good kitchen and well stocked but oven needs a new heating element. Tried to reheat catered trip-tip and chicken but the oven didn't hold the heat and took 2 hours to reach correct temperature. I did report this to agent via VRBO website but no response.

Beautiful home. Well laid out. Beautiful views. Comfortable. And as a bonus, we got to see tons of deer all the time and little cotton tail bunnies.

WE had NO HOT WATER in two bathrooms on our first evening, the 3rd of July. We checked faucets, letting the water run a long time—despite the numerous reminders to “conserve water” -- and it was still ice cold in two bathrooms. Much time was taken going around the house checking faucets, running the water far too long, and even checking the hot water heater (all things that one should NOT have to do on vacation). I contacted owner the next day which was the Fourth of July. The plumber arrived on the 5th, a day and a half into our visit. I interacted with him, and it was determined there was NO HOT WATER. The water pump got fixed and the water was hot quickly after being turned on. To be clear, I NEVER had HOT WATER in the master bathroom and one other bathroom for over a day and a half of my vacation. I sent a letter to the owner outlining all the hassles of our vacation which was supposed to be relaxing and stress-free. He claimed there was always hot water, we just had to let the water run for a while. I politely requested he reimburse us for one night which seemed reasonable since it was a hassle and an inconvenience. He refused to reimburse at all stating falsely that we always had hot water when we did not. The TV did not work the entire time, and the toilet paper in one bathroom dislodged on the first day, and several towels smelled awful. This house was expensive and not worth the money. There was no deck for hanging out, and a ping pong table in the garage had the crappiest ping pong paddles and balls ever. I would NEVER rent this VRBO again.

We had a wonderful stay. The views are amazing from multiple rooms, the kitchen was extremely well- equipped, and overall we had everything we could need. John the property manager was very responsive. Check in and out instructions were super clear. I highly recommend this rental!

The home itself was beautifully furnished and accommodated a group of us who needed a weekend retreat away. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms provided ample space for us to spread out.

The view is even more beautiful than pictured. We had everything we needed and more. What a great house.

Perfect. Relaxing. Just what we needed

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. The pictures do not do the view justice. From every single room, there was the most gorgeous view. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable. It was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We slept so good. It was such a treat to wake up, open our eyes, and see the view from bed. We all enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table.

A group of six women gathered for a weekend away and we couldn't have asked for a better setup. Plenty of room for sleeping, cocktailing, cooking, eating, all with a view that wouldn't quit. We lucked out with great weather, walked on the beach, sat on the deck, but spent most of our time in the great room marveling at the ocean, waves and sunsets in front of us. Our only feedback were some missing staples - tinfoil, napkins, but we made do. Had everything else we needed for cooking.

This house is beautifully decorated, beautifully appointed, and the view is unbelievable. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful property. Unfortunately the fireplace doesn’t work - would have been super cozy to have the fireplace roaring during the atmospheric river that was happening outside.

My friends were so impressed with this well-appointed home at Dillon Beach. This is the second time I have stayed here and we thoroughly have enjoyed it both times. We'll be back!

Large family had a great stay at this Dillon Beach house. Home is spacious, beautiful views and a great jumping off point for exploring Bodega Bay, Pt Reyes and just hanging out at Dillon Beach. Great spot! Excited to come back again.

We were two families with teens —we had a ton of space! It was lovely to wake up to amazing views of the ocean.

This birthday was super special for our family and friends! The place was even better than expected! What a beautiful place! Sipping coffee and watching the waves was the perfect start to our days. Our stay was magical. We also enjoyed making dinners in the beautiful kitchen while admiring the ocean view! The collection of puzzles were a big hit with our family; it was such a relaxing experience. The rooms were perfect; each had a wonderful view of the water, the beds were comfy, and the rooms were super spacious. Thank you for the wonderful memories that we will take with us this summer. We had an amazing time!

This house was perfect for our family stay in Dillon Beach. The inside is beautiful, stylish, and well-designed. The split level, open concept layout allowed for both hanging out in the same spaces and the ability to find your own spot to do your thing. Most bedrooms were located on the bottom floor, but the master was on the middle floor, so we could pick who had more privacy, and the mud room and laundry room were removed from all, so people could run a load or shower without disturbing nearby bedrooms. The ping pong table in the garage, cabinet of games, and kids’ play loft were awesome! The kitchen is gorgeous and so are the views from the ocean-facing windows. Even when we were socked in fog, it was beautiful and mysterious, and deer came through the yard/back hillside almost every day. Lovely getaway tastefully done in a beautiful sea cliff location.

We LOVED Nelson’s Landing!! After a long drive to get there, a soak in that beautiful tub was pure heaven. My oldest Grandson loved the cubby where he could set up his tablet and he loved the pool table where he and his father played. My younger Gransdson was just tickled to find the ping-pong table and scored against the adults. It was wonderful to have the two kitchen sinks!! The beds were fantastic!! Everything was just wonderful!! I just can’t say enough good things about our stay. Thank you for opening your home to us!!
