Venez visiter notre belle maison avec piscine parfaitement aménagée pour 2 familles. Notre maison est décorée et mise à niveau avec des salles de bains carrelées et des planchers en bois. Deux maîtres avec lits Cal King et salles de bain privées et literie Pottery Barn. 1 chambre avec lit Queen et 1 chambre d'enfants avec deux lits superposés complets et une grange en poterie. Toutes les chambres ont 46+ chambres TV 3 & 4 partagent la 3ème salle de bain dans le hall. Il y a un pack 'n play, une poussette ordinaire, une poussette double, une chaise haute et un siège d'appoint pour la table pour vos nourrissons et vos tout-petits. La salle de jeux a une table de ping-pong STIGA, des box avec des jouets et des jeux. La salle familiale comprend une télévision de 60 pouces avec lecteur DVD, une console Wii avec 4 télécommandes et un chargeur, et un câble avec les 200 + chaînes de Disney Channel et Time Warner. Internet sans fil haute vitesse est inclus. Détendez-vous dans notre nouvelle piscine étincelante et notre jacuzzi creusé dans la cour arrière. Il y a aussi un barbecue au gaz naturel et un ensemble de salle à manger et des chaises supplémentaires. Nous contrôlons et surveillons à distance la température de la piscine pour nous assurer que le chauffage est allumé et à la température avant votre arrivée. Maison rénovée et tous les nouveaux meubles en mai 2018.

Easy freeway access about 15 mins from Disney and 30 from Newport Beach. Quiet neighborhood. Home amenities were well stocked (better than past Vrbo stays). Easy to follow directions on electronics, check-in and out procedures and expectations. Excellent backyard and rooms.

The house was very organized, clean, and spacious. I did notice an item that was damaged when we arrived which was a large hole in the back of a wicker bar chair. We were also very weary of using any of the linens and towels in the house due to strict replacement prices if items were stained or torn. We brought our own towels to prevent anything happening to the house supplied towels. The house itself was very clean and organized which was I was very happy with. My family had plenty of room. I was deterred from using many of the house amenities due to lack of knowledge in how to operate them, and fear of damages or function problems such as the BBQ and the firepit. The fines and charges for those types of accidents or damage were very steep. Penalties for breaking rules or damaging items (which sometimes happen with family and kids) were very steep and sever. On an up note, The swimming pool was great and my family had a great time using it. The communication was extremely fast and accurate which was very helpful in planning this vacation.
All and all, I were to rent from this company again BUT, I would ask for disclosure of all the rules prior to placing deposit. I would clarify any questions prior to signing and then be aware of the all the penalties and fines. If you do this and if they seem too steep, maybe this rental isn't for you.

The house is very nice and good location. About 15 minutes to the park and 30 minutes to tge beach. The only feedback is the televion remotes did not work in all rooms. Suggestion to have printed instructions on how to use remotes.

Our group loved the house. Spacious for us all. Enjoyed the backyard with the pool and the hot tub. Check in and check out was very easy and all house details and instructions sent early and easily. Nicely equipped kitchen (could use some spatulas for flipping). Could use an updated dishwasher as the tracks come off easily and hard to load. Neighborhood was quiet and close to major highways. 15 minutes from Downtown Disney and attractions.

We had a wonderful vacation and the house made it even better! The pool was beautiful and the hot tub made us all able to brave Disneyland again(with less sore feet). Everything at the house was clean and the online instructions make everything very simple. We asked for a late check out and they were very accommodating, and extremely quick when we sent messages asking to extend. Would rent this house again for sure!!

The house had a great lay-out with plenty of bathrooms/showers for our family of 9. We arrived to very clean home. Its proximity and access to the 55 freeway made it ideal for our outings to Legoland, Disney, and Palm Springs. The big kitchen table worked great for meals. The grandkids loved the pool and spent 6 hours in it one day.

We loved the comfortable beds after long days at Disneyland. The pool area was lovely although we hardly had time to use it. The layout of the house was perfect for our family and kitchen area was nice to be able to prepare breakfast and coffees before heading out. Drive to Disneyland was only 10 mins! And nearby food and groceries very convenient.

Everything went well. Was able to be comfortable in the home and everything worked well and was very accommodating all around.
They even had all of the dishes and pots and pans you could need or ever see in a rental.

House was beautiful and clean. Our family of 10 felt very comfortable in this house. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed playing ping pong and pool in the game room. Owner had fast communication with us. Would stay again.

Overall very nice and clean. Only issue being that in pictures it showed a bunk bed with rails on the top bunk but when we got there it had been removed. Therefore, I couldn't allow either my 3 or 5 year old to sleep on the top bunk.

Nice home, had everything we needed. Pool and spa were not super warm in January. But we were so tired after long days at Disney that we didn’t really have time to use them anyway.
House was close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly and communicative. Would stay here again!

The property was clean and comfortable. The rooms were great and the backyard was really nice except for all the pine needlea that got everywhere. The landscaper showed up amd didnt blow them off. Also there was no salt or pepper in the kitchen. Other than that it was a great property.

This house was amazing place for our family to stay! There were 10 of us including kids & Grandkids. The layout of the house was perfect for us. My son said the kitchen was his dream kitchen & he prepared us some awesome meals! The pool and backyeard space was beautiful! We all enjoyed the pool & soaking in the hotub. It was a nice quiet neighborhood & was easy to get to. Would definitely recommend this home!

Celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday. I was looking for a property close to Disneyland and this was it. This property is beautiful and very family friendly. They have a game room in the garage. The heated swimming pool was pretty much the highlight of the house. Getting in touch with the property manager was easy. Check in and check out was simple. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was great, it was well kept and the amenities were nice. The size was as advertised. The pool is super nice and the game room was a fun bonus. Our only complaint was the floors being extremely dirty from the time we arrived. If you walked barefoot your feet would be black from dirt. We swept the floors but the problem persisted so we did all wear socks when walking around. Overall a very great stay.

We had a great time and the house was great! The only issue with the house was the pool access and alarms on the doors. Due to the home not having a separate gate for the pool and spa, the house doors were equipped with alarms. Normally this would have been fine, but the alarms in the house were very cheap and finicky, meaning we set the alarms unintentionally. Plus, they were so loud inside the house all the kids under 4 would cry because they got scared. This was the only thing that was not good.

Enjoyed our stay at this property! Lots of room for our family. The kids were so happy to not have to share a room after spending a week on the road from Canada. Pool was fantastic and the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, etc.
My only bit of feedback would be about the dishwasher. Either they need a new dishwasher, or it needs a good clean out of the food trap. I ended up hand washing pretty much the whole time because the dishes weren’t coming out completely clean. And I’m a bit OCD about stuff like that. :) Otherwise everything else was awesome!

Our family of 6 stayed here for 5 nights. The weather was cold, sadly, so we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful pool as much as we had hoped. It was a lovely yard though & really well maintained. Some of the outdoor furniture was pretty worn in areas due to sun exposure. The table & chairs should be replaced.
The home was clean & decently equipped (floors could use a more thorough mopping. Bare feet turned black after walking around for a few hours.)
The rooms were beautiful & comfortable. Loved the clean, updated decor.
We did notice that there weren’t any hooks or towel racks in any of the bathrooms to hang wet towels, or clothes. It was a little difficult to manage with 4 kids. Also, the hall bath is missing a plug for the tub, making it unusable as a bath for my young daughter.
I appreciated the extra pillows & blankets in the closets. Also, the laundry room had some detergent & dryer sheets available.
Game room was really fun- kids loved it!
One point of contention that was not addressed was 2 VERY BRIGHT outdoor lights that were either on a timer or solar, turning on at 9:30pm-ish. They were flanking the sliding glass door from the primary bedroom to the backyard. Those lights were SOO bright and shined through multiple gaps in the bedroom drapes. We asked the property manager to take care of it after night 1. She said she would, but didn’t. we had to try to press pillows against the drapes to try to close the gaps. We were pretty frustrated.

This property worked well for us overall, however the check in process and paper work was over the top. I felt like I was signing paperwork to buy the place. Rules and warnings about use of the property were all over which gave it a not very welcoming feeling. The door alarm to the pool was super frustrating. I would not rent this place again.

The only issue we had was with the pool alarm and that was fixed within 24 hours. Some of our group wished there were towel racks or places to put wet towels.
