Situé au centre de Byron Bay, cet appartement confortable offre un bon rapport qualité-prix et constitue un emplacement idéal pour profiter de tout ce que Byron a à offrir. La propriété est sur un seul niveau avec salon et salle à manger ouverte qui est climatisée et dispose d'une grande télévision �� écran plat, avec wifi. La cuisine de style cuisine a amplement d'espace pour préparer une tempête et mène à la buanderie séparée.
La chambre principale a un lit king et la deuxième chambre a un lit superposé trilogie. La salle de bain principale est à côté d'une toilette séparée.

The property was okay and as other people noted, it's a good size but it's pretty run down. The furnishings were comfortable enough but older style. The property could be better maintained, when we checked in we had to clean out dishwasher as the drain was blocked with old food scraps and all the wheelie bins were completely full. The carpets had numerous iron burns in different rooms. The front screen door closer was just hanging off the door and the little courtyard at the back is scruffy with no outside furniture. The main benefit is location, it's very close to the main shopping area and beach. This was also something of a drawback as there was a lot of vehicle and foot traffic outside the property when we were there in early Jan. For a Byron Bay property it's not expensive so you get what you pay for.

Great location with walking distance to everything. No need to drive anywhere. Easy check in and even a early check in which was a bonus. Upon opening door the place is old and dated but very clean and tidy. Beds were made with fresh linen and towels provided. Full kitchen and laundry was a bonus. Clothes line out the back was handy to dry everything. The outside of the property is very run down, messy and untidy. The back courtyard with the clothes line was so over grown that so many large gecko lizards were home there and it was a bit scary and kids didn't want to go outside. The bins were full when we arrived and put them out for collection but the red bin was not collected so very full and smelly on check out. The toilet had a slow leak in it and kept trying to fill up all night making strange noises. The air con was so nice to have on a hot summer day and the fan in the main bedroom was terrific. Maybe a small pedestal fan for the second bedroom would be handy as kids were sweating hot all night. Foxtel was lovely to have for the kids to come back after beach and chill for a few hours. But really all in all we had a great time and really loved the location of it. Restaurants, shops, beach, walks, markets all right there and no need to drive. Would stay again for sure.
