Great location, washing machine and dryer provided.

It will be good if a water cooler where we can refill water can be provided at the lobby/first floor.

The property is about 10mins walk to Kyoto station. There are several nearby convenience stores. I love all the amenities such as the mini kitchenette inside the room with all the basic things you may need in a kitchen and especially the free laundry area with both washing and dryer.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable. The sides of the room especially the windows behind the curtains were dusty.

Room was very clean and comfortable, really quite spacious and easily fit 2 adults and 2 kids plus 2 medium sized suitcases and other small luggage with plenty of floor space left for kids to play and people to move about. Bathroom had a good amount of bench space and shower had excellent water pressure. Beds were a good size and we all fit and slept comfortably though we did have to do one adult and one child per bed due to the size of the beds. Complimentary large bottle of water was very much appreciated as was the free luggage storage after check out. Having Netflix was a delightful bonus which we all enjoyed after long days of sightseeing. Location was good with lots of useful bus stops within 5 or so minutes walk as well as conbinis and restaurants just a minute or two away. Nice and quiet.

Beds and pillows were quite hard. Only one very small lift which we had to wait a long time for around check out time and no stairs to use instead.

住所附近有大型商店，兼有大型超市，方便逛街及買食物回去自己煮食！附近亦有巴士站，方便不想趕路的旅客慢遊京都。本身住所亦提供公用煮食地方及自助洗衣及乾衣，又可以自己寄存行李，十分方便！

因為京都站實在太大，所以實際又不是那麼近，要小心選對閘口出閘，也要步行10分鐘左右，才可找到Reception check in，之後再行去住所寄行李，加上全程露天，所以有太多行李的要預多些時間才好！ 另外如果房內有提供加濕器會更加好！

Location was about an 8 minute walk to Kyoto Station and quite easy to navigate with luggage. The room was big enough to accommodate 2 of us with both our big luggage. The washing machine and dryer at the common area was useful as well. The hotel is located near Yodobashi which was great for shopping items from GU, Uniqlo, electronic things etc.
