Very clean and convenient

The location was good but it wasn’t near where I needed to be in downtown Pittsburgh but I really didn’t have a good idea exactly where the hotel was located

I had sent a request for an early check in and I got an acknowledgement but no response. I was also sent a check in online but when I tried to check in I kept getting a message that my reservation wasn’t showing.

the location was perfect walking distance for what we were there for. we appreciated the free breakfast and the room was great. having vallet was nice as we were right in the city and didn't have to panic about it.

it was a while before we could check in, we did arrive early, but weren't accommodated for that. we did have scheduled plans so it was a little annoying that we were told to wait for almost two hours.

We stayed 5 nights, it was nice quiet accommodation. Front office staff always helpful with directions for us Aussie tourists. Breakfast had a great selection of food/drinks which was good. We would definitely stay here again. This place isn’t far from Public Transport aswell. I loved that they have a washing machine and dryer that you can use on floor - M which accepts card. Free washing powder and dryer sheets from the front desk.

The property was centrally located to where we needed to be. The valet service was great and the staff.

I felt that it was extremely over priced for the cleanliness of our room and what we had in our room, the bathroom was not clean, no tissues, one roll of toilet paper, limited towels, just not what I expected for the price we had to pay.

The breakfast the first day was okay. Our last day, the breakfast was much better.

The lack of towels and room cleaning. I understood that upon request, they would give us more towels. After asking for them, we did not receive the towels.

it’s a nice hotel in the downtown area with a complimentary breakfast. The room was comfortable and we had a nice water view.

unfortunately at our check-in in the room I noticed the shower was very dirty. I asked politely for two times if they could send up somebody to clean it and nobody ever showed up. Very disappointing! The staff seemed nice but they didn’t care. Rooms with water view are noisy.

I've Stayed here 3 times Great Location with great views. Rooms Were Clean And Quiet. free Breakfast was excellent and had a large selection of different items. Great Price for what you get and if you are a guest the hotel will store luggage before /after check out for you.

The staff was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. The facilities were spacious and clean. The free breakfast was a nice touch.

Great location downtown Pittsburgh. Easy walk to PNC. Clean and accommodating.

If your going to have valet parking.....make sure the attendants for the parking know how to drive a stickshift. Day I checked in nobody knew how so I parked the car myself. Also retrieved the car myself.

We had a room on the 5th floor with a water view and it was absolutely beautiful! We love Pittsburgh and having such a stunning view of the river and some of the bridges was incredible. The room size was ideal for two people. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and shower were nice, and breakfast was great.

the location— it was close to everything

the remote didn’t work for the tv and that was frustrating but that’s all I have to say :)
