Great and convenient location. Beautiful view! Multiple restaurants near by. Walking distance to the convention center and many places downtown.

What breakfast? Coffee was trash.

There's no reason that coffee and breakfast should cost so much!

Room was very clean, beds were so comfy and the bathroom had a close up make up mirror...bonus!

Everything was wonderful! Just wish coffee was available for a longer period of time in the hotel lobby. Although there are coffee makers in the room and a coffee shop nearby, having fresh brewed coffee would enhance the morning experience.

When we arrived the toilet paper roll was almost gone and no extra roll in the room. I contacted the front desk and they sent an employee to our room with a roll of toilet paper right away. I am sure this was just a minor overnight by the person you cleaned the room prior to our arrival.

My go to hotel when I attend Tekko con at the Lawrence center around the corner. Always clean and the employees are very welcoming.

Sometimes the restaurants/bars across the street are noisy if you're in a street facing room. If you don't mind a little background noise it's fine.

Location

Staff at front desk, not helpful at all. Valet staff the only time we used rental , to leave, took almost an hour to get car when he gave us keys and showed us to someone else’s car😳

No continental breakfast, and then to have the adjacent restaurant closed on certain days

Noisy - doors banging to the point I couldn't sleep on one of the four days.

Nothing I can think of. Staff was great very friendly and helpful. Valet service was excellent. Every one work hard to make everything easy for me as a guest.

Big rooms

Facilities are outdated. Bathrooms are not up to Marriott standards. Location is good, however opposite and open-roof beergarten, this was noisy.

The gym was a little bit limited, but not a problem. I avoided the valet parking charges because they seemed too high relative to the daily price of garages and lots nearby.
