Everything was great!

This property was perfect for 6 adults, 5 children under 10 years old, plus an infant to gather and enjoy each other when not enjoying the fun of the city.

Cost of parking was steep on top of cost of room

Das Frühstück war lecker, aber nicht sehr abwechlungsreich. Es gab dafür Nachmittags Popcorn und auch Abendessen im Preis enthalten- für uns eine schöne Überraschung. Parken im Hotel und generell Pittsburgh war teuer/ nicht leicht. Letztlich haben wir einen Parkplatz gut 10min zu Fuß entfernt für 14$ (deutlich weniger als die Hälfte als im Hotel) gefunden. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfreich, engagiert und gleichzeitig nicht aufdringlich in allen Aspekten des Aufenthalts. (Vorsicht nur beim Essen werden auch mal volle Gläser und ähnliches abgeräumt während man kurz am Buffet ist). Thank you guys so much!

The breakfast could have been better

The breakfast offerings were great and convenient, and the staff was very kind. They were able to answer our questions in a fast and kind manner. Our room was clean and comfortable, as well as quiet! We would come here again.

The only downside is the lack of free parking around the facilities. $36 a night for valet on top of spending ~$300-400 was a little surprising, but I understand that we're in a city. The valet was very kind and prompt as well!

The staff were all amazing. The valet staff were exceptional. They were always polite and ready to assist/help with any questions or requests. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants. Can’t wait to come back

Okay, where to start… Everything is awesome. The room is spacious and the AC works perfectly. The hotel has all the necessary facilities including the rooftop terrace. The breakfasts are good, and the kickoffs are great. It’s literally a dinner with some drinks. Also, I love the vault doors left from the bank. The personnel is friendly.
