Nice hospitality,good bed, cooperative staff,good social sense,food was fine ,it was a beautiful ambience around , location was good ,things were taken care at short notice , overall a beautiful stay, would surely recommend.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Booking was not confirmed at the end moment ... no call nothing only a message received and I had to suffer a lot to find the other options on my own in the mid night. Pathetic service by Booking.com and also by Htel staff.

They charged extra money than mentioned on the website, no parking, no breakfast, no restaurants nearby. Bedsheet was not clean, cot was noisy. Total waste of money.
