Excellent location, very clean, tidy and well maintained, larger than expected apartment. Nice bathroom with walk in shower, plus a second WC. Good kitchen with sufficient utilities. Comfortable beds. Large lounge/dining area with a superb view of the Trinkhalle. An extra bonus was the air-conditioning, which was a welcome surprise during a 39C weekend visit. Would stay again.

There could have been a few more coffee capsules, but not a huge problem, we bought more at a local shop.

Not negative feedback but a suggestion to leave a pen with guest-forms to fill in. as we were travelling, we were not carrying any pens with us.

Unfortunately no elevator so was a challenge to bring the luggage up to the apartment through the narrow staircase.

Beautiful apartment across from park, such lovely park views. It had all the required amenities, two large bathrooms (only one with shower). The kitchen had a washing machine, perfect to do laundry while traveling as well as great coffee and tea. Perfect location, so close to all the areas you would want to visit, walking distance. As I drove, they organised covered parking for me as well.

Not a negative, but a tip- it is stairs up, so small luggage is better than large suitcases.

Conveniently located within the city of Baden Baden. Interior of apartment is very tasteful and beds are comfortable. Toilets are clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Will definitely stay here the next time we are in Baden Baden.

Large, Very Clean, very central and appropriately-priced accommodation. Al aspects of the apartment were top notch.

Apartment #4 is 76 steps from the street level. At age 72 this elevation along a narrow 4-flight staircase is not for the faint-of-heart. The auto parking is extremely difficult to find and not convenient for loading and unloading a car. Recommend the owners provide a detailed map of where to find the parking space AND recommend the owners emphasize that there is a convenient “loading and unloading” temporary parking space located in front of the small bodega (store) on the corner at Wilhemstrasse.

Room was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Location was perfect as it is just around the corner from the pedestrianised main street so we were able to walk out of the apartment and explore the town. Also has a lovely park right across the road which we enjoyed an evening stroll in.

Please be a little more specific about the possibilities for parking.

The apartment was very nice but communication regarding entry to the apartment was lacking. We were not the only guest who had this difficulty another couple the day before had the same issue. Reichel Apartments needs to take on a more active roll in communicating with guest since they are aware the confirmation and “code”. bookings sends is not correct when trying to enter.

Location was nice but can be noisy when windows are open. It was clean. You are asked to pay occupancy tax when you leave.

There is air conditioning! The rooms are clean and it is equipped with fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave, just about everything you need to live a comfortable life right near the city.

We were not used to the rental apartment, and were not aware that an instruction how to enter the building will be given through Booking.com message on the previous night around 21:00. We learned now. We stayed on 4th floor. The apartment doesn't have any elevator, so anyone with big luggage must be ready to do some exercise.
