We had the one with the balcony on a 3rd floor - very clean and spacey, with a nice view on (accessible) playground and hills from the balcony, made in a style and with an attention to details. Together with a very smooth check-in/out process and a good parking spot, it all make this option perfect for a short family/friends stay.

The accommodation quality was exceptional.

A misunderstanding during booking was sorted out via messages with the virtual receptionist (I believe the heart of the issue was that the apartment number did not match the brochure file name and landed us an apartment that did not have a suitable bed lay out). The virtual receptionist resolved this and we confirmed another floor lay out that did appear to fit our needs… but unfortunately the sofa bed in one room did not lay flat when extended (but arched in the middle), and there was no bedding for it (sheets missing)… we improvised.

The views, the enemies, the bathroom, and the beds!!

The apartment was spotless and very well appointed! The bathroom was extremely nice and Svetlana was great to work with.

The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the deck off the back and the huge rain shower head in the bathroom!

We were 2 families with kids (total of 6 persons) and our accommodation was just right: 2 large beds, 1 smaller and a couch that converts into a bed. We asked the host to provide us with an additional mattress for having two kids sleeping next to each other and our request was fulfilled the next day. The property is nice, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom really spacious. You do not meet the host but she is very responsive over the phone - no issue at all!

We were on the 3rd floor with no elevator; not a real issue but If you are staying longer and have big or heavy luggage it might be a small issue. The property is not close to the center of Baden Baden but if you have a lust for walking, you'll see some very nice nature!

To be honest it was very clean ..

I swear to god that all i have to write is happened.. First of all , we had a good facility and cleaned apartment.. all of my visits because of my wife had a surgery and this travel for her, at the check out, we delayed 30 min because of my wife situations, the staff who managed the apartment keep knocking the door and in frightening situations she keep ( yelling ) to me for being late 30 min !!!!!!! I explained my reasons and we leave .. - Me recommendation for apartment owner to change the manger .. - I don’t recommend this apartment or and next visits will NOT be in the same apartment .. The appartment was even more spacious then anticipated, with a large balcony overlooking beautiful garden. Private playground for younger kids is brilliant. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Big pile of fluffy towels and nice touches (water, chocolate, crayons for our child..). Many thanks to Svetlana who took excellent care of us.
