The pool is clean. The staff is friendly. The room is comfortable.

Do not have many views. You might think the view is boring if you are an extrovert and a love selfie person.

Even though I complained to the reception, I still can't understand why such a 5-Star Resort there are rats running into the room at night. Very terrible and could not sleep well. Hopefully the comments from the front desk have been reported to the Management and this situation never happens again.

when i made the booking, i asked to charge my Visacard since i would not come myself, but my wife would come. i have got a message that payment would be done upon arrival and i repeated that, since i will not come myself, to charge my Visa in advance, which has been confirmed in an answer from the hotel. At the end, nothing was done and my wife had to pay upon arrival. not a very big issue thus but i feel somehow ignored.

Breakfast is great.

The soundproofing is not good can hear the next room shower. The water in front of the room have garbage

Excellent location, right next to the ocean and you can hear the wave sound all day and night, very relaxing especially when it was raining too.

We checked-in late in the evening but the check out time is quite strict, would expect compliment late checkout at 2pm instead of 12.30pm.

Location is a little far out from amenities Staff were difficult to communicate with I'd say it's more realistically 4 star than 5 star

The place was clean, the view is awesome, the pool is great, the people at service is really frienfly, but the food... Altho they had a variety of options, I couldnt find healthy dishes without MSG or flavorful, they should improve the quality of the food, less options but more quality.

People barely speak english, hard to ask for services. Noisy rooms, I woke up earlier because of the sound of the TV from another room.
