Old world decor provided a unique experience, together with large indoor public areas, rooms are spacious and decorated in line with hotel feel. Large outdoor gardens and areas to enjoy sit down. Good tv channel options. Good breakfast buffet.

Guests tend to put towels and clothing on deck chairs around the pool near the beach preventing other guests from having access to chairs.

Grand design, excellent breakfast selection, close to the sea.

The sea area is dirty in the morning. Perhaps the hotel could afford to clean the small section of the beach in front of the club. The staff is not very professional. We asked for a room cleaning from the morning when we were out but they never came. They came by around 2:00PM and when we ask if they could come back later, they said they would be done with their shift by then. We ended up scrambling to have them quickly clean up the room. No bidet or spray hose for the toilet. That us just unheard of in Asian hotels…

Master bathroom shower had no curtain and shower head was placed in a way so that water would go all over the floor.

The beach is very beautiful and convenient Breakfast has many dishes and variety

A gem of a place. Loved the old world charm in a new world hotel. Rooms were lovely, and the grounds were beautiful. Beds are extremely comfortable. Suite was very spacious. The staff were amazing.

No complaints about property; It was magnificent, but the beaches in Vung Tau were full of rubbish, which was quite sad.

The room interior was quite nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Some people very uneducated about the business process. ( the consumption had to be paid on the spot not over the room bill was very annoying and shows the low quality of the *****? hotel. Non smoking hotel with non smoking room was a jocke.... the whole flat inclusive our room smelledlike a ashtray at night. The safe box in the room was broken and even after 3 x complaining. nothing happend. The Chinese restaurant was closed and the food menue only seafood and completely non vegetarian. The kitchen seemed to be still in the 18 century! In general the restaurant or food in the hotel was lousy. By arriving no fruit I the room ......then after we came back later some fruits are there but the door to the balcony was unlocked ( I locked the door ) because from outside any people could have entered our room ! By complaining the front desk said sorry that was it! We for sure nevergo to this hotel again ***** for a lot of money and low quality! The imperial Hotel deserve maximum 3 Stars Good luck and never see us again for sure
