I would still highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Tbilisi,apartment is located in the center of the ciry so its very near to supermarkets and restaurants. the whole apartment is recommended for those whose travelling with family and friends. we Have the best experience here. Especially my kids love the apartment and felt like our home. Tv is connected with youtube so kids could enjoy their favourite cartoons. High speed internet. In kitchen we could get all necessary kitchenwares.in addition, washrooms are connected with shattaf ( I hope I should mention it here might be helpul for someone like me😄)Owner is awsome ❤️Thank you Mary❤️

The property is right on the best avenue in Tbilisi. 50 steps to freedom square. 5 mins reach to restaurants, shopping, bakery, transport. 20-30 minutes to all major attractions. Very central placed.
The owner is very nice. Replies to all question on whatsapp. Room cleaning is alternative days but can be done on request also. Rooms are big. Nice AC and well equipped kitchen.
Only down side. You need to go to first floor to access a small lift and then climb another set of stairs to reach the room.

Just that few people (elderly) might feel the pinch to climb 2 sets of stairs
apartment is next to busy street. Slightly noisy but not big enough to disturb your sleep.

Stayed in Dat exx apartment freedom square for 6 nights. It's the perfect location in Tbilisi to explore the old town. All main attractions are in walkable distance. Also many restaurants nearby and Galleria mall is right in front. The owner Marina is a perfect host. Any issue you can WhatsApp her and she will sort it out in no time. The apartment is well maintained. All in all a great location to explore Tbilisi and it's delicious cuisine.
Only issue was the lift which was quite old but manageable. Also they don't have any reception or lobby, so got to what app the Manager if you need anything.

The apartment location is very convenient. All facilities are nearby and handy. The apartment is quite suitable for a family in terms of the number of rooms, rooms space and bathrooms are quite clean and fit. Parking is easy to find.

The location was perfect for us. It was close to banks, shopping mall, taxis, tour operators and places of interest. There was a problem with the supply of water to the city center and our host went above and beyond to make sure that we were not inconvenienced.

They were very nice. The apartment was very clean and we had all we needed. Located in the center of the center. The kitchen and living room were big and comfortable. There was netflix and youtube on tv and that was amazing! We enjoyed very much. Thank you!
You need to climb up the stairs to the first floor and we were in the penthouse apartment so we had to climb up to the last floor. But it was worth the central location. Also the bed was not the best we slept on but was fine and we slept good.

The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, clean, well equipped and located right in the centre of the new city.
Also, the manger was kind enough to allow us a late check out as our flight was later that evening.

It is within a walking distance (15-20) min to many attractions. Mall is 5 min walk away. Clean. Safe.
Marina the owner, her husband, and the cleaning ladies were really nice and accommodating.
We stayed in the 6th floor (the 4 bedroom apartment) the view wasn't that impressive as the 4th floor apartment.
