location is perfect for tourist, very clean, all facilities are available, it’s literally home away from home

property entrance is somehow creepy but that’s basically normal in tblisi

I like everything about that apartment

The appartament was very spacious with many useful additions such as TV and AC. It has a cute little balcony over busy oneway street, from which you can see the mother Georgia monument :) Kitchen appliances were working, sofa was comfortable and the kitchen table was suitable for card games. Bathrooms were clean with hairdryer and soap available. Wi-Fi working great.

One of the rooms had massive leakage on the ceiling and the other one had a hole in the wall, presumably from hitting it with a door handle. Water in the bathroom was working strangely, once pouring boiling hot water and right after that ice cold one.
