The best thing is when we can extend per hour and how flexible the booking and extension.
It doesn't have any lift going to the reception and rooms. You will have to carry luggages and will be a struggle for travellers with bigger luggages.

Value for money. Proximity to malls and transpo. Near airport. They offer hot water with mugs and stirrer.
Entrance look like someone’s garage. Foam is not the right fit for the bed.

I liked that it was only walking distance to Abreeza Mall and it was easy to flag public transpo in the area. Water is free (hot and cold). They also provided mugs.
The toilet and bath did smell weird the entire stay. The rooms are divided by thin walls.

The staff were really nice and accommodating.

-Water (shower/toilet) doesn't flow during daytime but i think they have stored water in huge buckets to use
-Lockers are located outside the room
-WiFi connection isnt that fast inside the room
-Towels were old, it's shredding. the fibers stick on your wet skin. I've had it changed a few times
-no food allowed inside the room

The water in the flash tank, for sometime it cannot push down , need to get water from Bath room to flush down. Aside from this, None

it so hard to find the signage of the hotel name is very small. getting in to the reception the stairs is not welcoming it looks dirty and very old vibes

The hotel is conveniently located, the staff are nice and helpful. The kubo room we got for our group was clean. There’s hot drinking water available in the reception area. The safe isn’t completely safe as it’s very fragile but it’s good enough to hide the clothes bag.
The hotel doesn’t have a lift. My kubo bunk mildly stinks of vomit. I had to wear mask to sleep. Another bunk didn’t have privacy curtains. Can’t control the AC and it was too cold as one point. There’s no lock on for the room. The toilet/shower can be improved… needs to be cleaned often and the shower doesn’t have warm water, no hanging hook for the towel and a bucket (the other one was okay) have questionable debris at the bottom.

The property is dirty.The comfort room is barado.Room is stinky.CR needs repair(Sira ang door knob,sira ang toilet flush,sira ang bidet).The linens are not clean.

The staff. Everyone was helpful. I had a lot of questions before my stay but they were able to answer everything I needed to know. We arrived at three in the morning because of a delayed flight but when I came with 32kg of luggage the staff who was sleeping at the time woke up and helped me carry my luggage up the stairs on the 3rd floor. Everyone was helpful and smiling. It would have been better to spray the bedrooms for cockroaches and make sure there are none in the whole property. The beds are comfy, the AC is working well. It was quiet I had a very good rest even for a short time because we needed to check out at 12noon. Very accessible location and have a convenience store just right outside the property.

I loved my stay here! Perfect for solo travellers who are on a budget trip to davao. This place is one jeepney away from everything, including the airport! It was so convenient. You get a bed, 2 pillows, blanket, towel, unli water and soap for as low as 394 per night. The AC was really cold as well. It was really cheap comparing to other options in davao city. Also has a 24hrs convenience store downstairs. They accept late check in since there’s 24hrs reception.
The shower and toilet rooms are not so spacious so it would be a struggle for some people.
But overall i had a good stay here. I would recommend this to people who’d like to visit davao city!

The staff are so friendly and approachable. They attended well to our needs.
We stayed at the kubo type capsule. The rooms are so comfortable and each room has outlets where you can charge your devices. The rooms are cold enough. I had a wonderful sleep. The lockers are safe. The location is along the highway so it's so convenient to go somewhere.
The bathroom and comfort rooms are clean, but not all bathrooms have dipper so I had to use the shower. However, the shower is running slow so it took me a long time to finish showering.

As a solo traveler, It is like a dorm style with tiny rooms. Walls are thin and the entrance is just a curtain in every room. Shared bathroom but it's clean and the staff are all nice and very accommodating. Cheap and very simple.
