It is very nice hotel, it is clean and exactly same like pictures, location is also so good, you can walk to most famous destinations in Yerevan downtown

The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Frendly Stuff, especially the nightshift receptionist Sergey, daytime receptionist Tatev, and the room service lady Amalia were very helpful and nice.

The doors in the rooms have no sound insulation. One can hear everything in the corridors.

I liked almost everything. The room was good. Breakfast was excellent.

In the bathroom, the shower corners were rusted. That's the only thing I didn't like.

The hotel was absolutely perfect a firm four star facility, in my opinion its a level of Holiday inn, Mercure or Crowne plaza hotels. Bed super comfortable, room is clean, bathroom of a good quality tooth brush provided. I loved the city - people are super nice, service in restaurants is perfect and welcoming!

Reception is 5 star and helpful, great services, Location and Facilities good. Breakfast very good. They also have lunch available in friendly price too. House keeping lady so friendly as well.

Bed a little bit hard and only 1 single duvet at first day. But acceptable

The room has good furniture and a working split air conditioning system, which is rare for hotels.

First, the front desk staff is extremely rude. The woman working at the reception on September 3rd was very rude to us for no reason, demanding immediate payment for the accommodation and extremely brazenly responded to our request to fix the air conditioner. Also, the walls in the hotel are very thin, so if your neighbors are noisy, you will hear them.

Everything was fine, super clean hotel with very friendly staff. Thanks to the canteen staff for the very tasty Armenian coffee.

Rooms were comfy, breakfast was good, and the hotel is small but in a fairly good location. Discovered they custom make your eggs on the last day, kitchen staff had limited English, but overall were helpful and offered a decent breakfast.

They had sheets but no real duvet or blanket, not that it is needed in summer, but, would've been nice with the AC turned up.
