Nice location! Right across from the ocean on a narrow road. Cozy and comfortable with off-street parking. Owner, Gaby, is really great! Very nice, flexible, and accommodating. Wish everybody was like her. It's a bit more out-of-the-way than most places we stay at, but that was the point. If you want "downtown", then stay downtown; but if you're looking for something different than the usual (and in a good way), then book a stay at Brisas del Mar! :)

Only 2 complaints really. 1) Neighbor's rooster starting crowing at 3 and 4 a.m., completely wrecking our sleep. Earplugs helped to a point, and while we love animals, we've never wanted to kill one more than this time. 2) The light outside the front of the house was super bright, and with no dark curtains inside to block it, it illuminated the room a bit too much for us. Nevertheless, we still had an overall great time and would recommend this place as one "off the beaten path."

The swimming beach across the road was perfect. We appreciated the off road covered parking. The house gardens and patios were very relaxing. It was nice having a great selection of restaurants within a short driving distance.

The place it's very cozy and clean secluded if you looking for disconect, transportation it's a must it's like 10 minutes in car from Rincón town but not walking distance. Excelent for taking walks or jogging. The place it's completely equipped you only need to bring your clothes and groceries. The owner it's very helpful and friendly and it's very reachable even though she doesn't live on premises.I recommend this apartment 100%

Very nice place and very clean. Gaby was very communicative and helpful. We were able to park in the carport which was very nice. Very friendly neighbors. The beach is right across the little road, but down some steps. The yard of the house has cool plants and trees. Nice outdoor sitting areas.

The roads to the house are very narrow. Not very many outlets for plugging in devices.

I loved the place. Simple, comfortable and the owner is so sweet and care about the guest to feel at home.

The location was great and the place was clean and so comfortable. Enjoyed having my morning coffee listening to the waves. We were steps from our own private lil beach. Absolutely breathtaking. Gaby the owner checked up on us via text. Would definitely recommend it. Rincon is such a cute town with beautiful beaches.

The location was incredible & Gaby is so kind and accommodating!!! This was one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in.
