It was comfortable and clean, the staff were very nice and professional.

The cable on the tv did not work and there was a little frog in the toilet scared the crap out of me.

I liked the staff was accomadating. Its a boutique hotel with its own charm. They try and keep things updated and the bathroom felt updated and clean. I love the private beach across the street. It had its own unique charm. Just please get locks a little more secure on doors thats about it. Internet was good as well.

Just the locks on doors could be more secure.

Pool was dirty and there was no staff

I liked the location and the view from the room. It is a nice chill spot. The location is not a bad drive into Ocho Rios and some of the events I attended.

Cleaner floor would be nice, hot water temperature needs improvement.

The facilities are not up to par, and it is not beach front as advertised. The hotel is on a hill and across the street from the beach with a windy road to cross so it is dangerous. Upon arriving we found cockroaches in and outside of the premises as well as mold on the bathroom door and rooms that were not fully cleaned. We reluctantly had to pay for the first night as it was late and told them to w would not be continuing our stay due to these issues.Management tried to charge us for the entire stay while refusing to talk to us directly the phone and would only take correspondence by email. Our trip was July 1 and it is currently July 26th and have yet to hear back from them on my complaints on the email she told us to send . The on shift staff however was very understanding and tried the best they could.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that the resort had its own private beach.

The Wi-Fi was EXTREMELY slow and the food was not as expected. They had American food which was not very tasty. I was expecting some variations as well as Jamaican food which I think should have been a must since we’re in Jamaica! We had to walk down to Discovery Bay to get food. There was nothing but YouTube to watch on the tv.

Beautiful view of the beach from the pool deck and my room balcony. Pool was also clean. Air conditioning was cold and made room comfortable. Spacious room and comfortable bedding. Room is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee percolator and basic utensils and plates and drinking-ware. Very convenient!

Arrived on property to a closed reservations office. saw no one on property to make inquiries. Eventually called the number on my confirmation email (telephone number on the sign did not work). waited outside on the receptionist to arrive who did not issue an apology for the wait. Was not informed by property that I should have to call ahead prior to arrival to alert the staff (I arrived mins to midnight). The property has potential but could use much renovation. Room had stained furniture and broken light switches. Cockroaches and caterpillars in my room were a turn off! Most disturbing was the lizard poo stuck to the laminated room service menus in the room!! Housekeeping needs to be more thorough! Pool side lounge chairs and tables had no umbrellas and it rained during my stay. I had to rest my items on a stairway while I swam.
