We had such a wonderful stay last year, we booked again! Condo location is quiet and close to Pier Park. The condo was clean and stocked with essentials needed to make your stay comfortable. We loved the beach service with two chairs and umbrella. The balcony is huge and we enjoyed being so close to the beach.

Opening the door, you are immediately drawn to the view of the ocean! We loved our stay at Tropic Winds. The condo is directly on the ocean with amazing views. The beach was not crowded while we were there, and we enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that were included. Everyone must wear a wristband while on the property. Security and staff are very friendly and keep the area quiet and clean. The pool water was warm, and the restrooms were clean. We immediately noticed how clean and well stocked our condo was. We loved the plush towels and washcloths. We did get to meet Tonya the property manager to help with the new TV cable system. She was a blessing to meet and so accommodating. The parking is tight but that seems to be the norm in Panama City Beach because my family have stayed at three other resorts, and they all say the same thing. Security will give you a warning notice if you park over the yellow line or leave your vehicle at the elevator area while unloading, so be aware of the rules. The beds are firm, and the bedspread and sheets look clean and newer. We really appreciated all the little touches the owners did to make the stay very comfortable for us.

We stayed there for three nights, The view and location were great, but on our checkout morning, when I took the bed sheets off I found a bedbug in the master bedroom, I took some pictures and sent to the management company, and they promised that they will bring the pest control company to do inspection before they rent out again, also once we get back home, I found rashes on my wife’s arm, I searched google about pictures for bedbugs bites and it looked exactly the same, now I’m going to trash all our clothes and items that I took for this trip because I don’t want to risk it and bring home any bugs, I hope they fix this issue before they rent out again.

The views were spectacular. Enjoyed the deck and the large table and seating. The elevator was a little slow at busy times which is understandable but other than that, it was a perfect stay.

My family planned this trip. My mother has ahlzheimers and my father has cancer. They wanted to bring their great grandchildren, one last time. It was beautiful and very memorable.

My teenaged son and I stayed in this condo. It was clean, had a well appointed kitchen and everything was comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing. I really enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony, and listening to the lapping waves after dark. I definitely recommend this condo. It was close enough to Pier Park and other attractions, but far enough away to be less crowded and quiet for this Fall stay.

Close to Pier Park, but just far enough away for a quieter stay. The unit was clean and met our needs. The condos have 3 elevators and move pretty fast so no long wait getting to the room. The beach chairs and umbrella included in the rental were an added bonus! We are already looking forward to our next stay!

The unit was very clean, and the check in process was a piece of cake. They email all check in procedures a week before. Codes were accurate, WIFI was great, beautiful location over looking the water, easy walk to the beach, and the location is on the quieter end of the beach which we loved. The unit is right off the elevator, and we thought that was going to be annoying, but didn't hear any noise. We really enjoyed our time there, we had never been there before.

Property was in a good location. It was close enough to all the attractions but far enough out that it wasnt super busy. We did have an issue where the guest shower was leaking to the unit below us so we had a property manager stop by one day and then we werent able to use the guest shower or tub which was an inconvenience since there were 6 adults utilizing just one shower then. We also had issues with some cleanliness of certain things in the condo. Example bedding and bathroom. The property otherwise was nice.

The condo was super clean, well stocked and the check in/out process couldn’t have been easier! We will definitely stay again! You are right on the beach and even with road construction, the neighborhood is so easy to navigate! I really can’t recommend this place enough!

Room as described
The room was as described in the listing. It wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet, a pan that was covered in grease, and old food in the floor. However, that was easily remedied with a dishwasher and a broom. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed the room. It was well stocked and well decorated.

Has a lot of potential
This place has a lot of potential. I really really wanted to be in love with this place. I will say as soon as we got here they did let us have an early check in which was so nice. After settling in it seemed like someone forgot to clean the hall bathroom. I was just getting ready to put the baby in the tub when I noticed the dark ring around the tub, took a step back and there was literally poop all over the toilet. All on the seat and running down the base of the commode, even splattered on the wall. The vanity had dark hairs all in it as well. I gave the benifit of the doubt because mistakes do happen. Assuming the bathroom was overlooked. I cleaned up a lot of the mess because I couldn’t risk my baby or toddler crawling in here and putting hands all over everything. I messaged the property manager they sent someone out the next day. I was all good up until this point. The cleaner left, we get back up to the room and there was still poop running down the base of the toilet!! I ended up taking care of it myself. But, after this ordeal I just couldn’t help but notice other things… the inch of toilet paper dust left on all the handles, the dust on all the ceiling fans, dirt around every door handle, dirty baseboards. This place just needs a solid deep clean.
We loved the balcony and the location was great! We loved that the beach chairs came included. There is a lot to love about this place and maybe it was just a bad week for them… hopefully others will have better experiences not involving human feces. I would come back to this building but definitely not this room.

Wonderful vacation!
This is our first time to PCB and we had a great vacation! Loved being right on the beach! Grocery and other places nearby, designated parking space, beach chairs, etc. made this stay even better. We had no issues at all with the property and liked the fact that our kids each had a full sized bed. No fighting about who sleeps where, etc.! Plenty of dishes and appliances worked well. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Family Vacation 2021
LOVED the location. LOVED the condo. Everything was perfect...well, except for PCB traffic. Ha! Parking on the property for us wasn't an option as our vehicle was too large for the parking spot along the outside drive. Parking across the street was tight, but it worked. Atari was wonderful every time we needed him. Very personable and professional. Sad we didn't get to say good-bye on our way out. We'll be back!!

The Elevator was a joke. There are three but one was down when we arrived . The other two at one time or another was down. I was on the 15th floor and came out of room and waited 30 minutes to go down and a elevator never did come finally walked down stairs . My wife is handicapped and luckily she was not stuck anytime

Absolutely Perfect
This condo was so beautiful and the beach was breathtaking. We watched sting rays from the balcony every morning and played on the beach all day. My only complaint was the king matress is a little soft and lumpy, not firm at all, but all other amenities were as promised. We will book this condo again in the future.

We had a very nice stay. The condo was really nice. I would recommend stay here. The balcony size was fabulous. The parking garage is a little tricky and tight but other than that it’s a great place to stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

We had a great time and the condo was perfect! Working with Vrbo and this management company was a breeze! The only down side of this condo was that you can NOT use your include parking spaces for a golf cart and considering the location you need a vehicle to go places.

Our stay has been wonderful! The property was clean and the lady I spoke with upon checkin due to arriving early was extremely helpful! It was right on the beach so children loved it! Didn't have to walk far to get to beach. Enjoyed our stay and will be back!! Thanks!!

Family vacation
We will DEFINITELY be returning to this condo. The location is great and close to restaurants and Alvin’s Island. Having a reserved parking spot is always a plus. The condo is very spacious and clean. The elevators are fast. This is definitely a problem at bigger condos. We loved having 2 beach chairs and service. The property manager was very nice and easy to get ahold of. The balcony is huge with a lot of seating. We enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch with the ocean view. This condo is GREAT for families. Everyone on the property were very friendly. We just wish the pool was bigger. We will definitely be returning next year and many more to come.
