Everything, from arrival where we were greeted warmly by Maria to departure we experienced exceptional service from all the staff and in particular have to call out Sebastián & Cristian . The lads looked after us at breakfast and throughout the day as we enjoyed lounging by the sea on possibly the most comfortable sun beds ever ! What is not to love about walking down a few steps and being able to swim in the most amazing sea . We also have to comment on the comfy bed and pillows , slept like a baby! I’d recommend availing if breakfast , unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to enjoy dinner but next time for sure .

I cannot recommend Kyma Rooms & Suites highly enough! The accommodation itself is beautiful, modern and clean. It’s in a fantastic location, with absolutely stunning views of the ocean. The private beach front area is gorgeous and the sun loungers will have you completely relaxed and comfortable. The balcony from my room had a breathtaking view as well. That said, what makes Kyma truly special is the staff, both those at the hotel and the attached restaurant. Everyone was so incredibly kind, accommodating and generous. The staff at Kyma will make sure that you have a lovely time and that you feel well looked after. You would be hard pressed to find better hospitality anywhere else.

The staff made the stay at the hotel amazing. Everyone had an exceptional way of treating the guest. The whole hotel is made to accommodate you on your travels. From the moment you step into your room you are given instructions on how to use all the amenities that come included with the room, and you are also given a welcome gift that was so yummy. Maria the receptionist, and the whole staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and I couldn't have been more happy to stay in this hotel. I will definitely will come to this hotel every time I am in Kos.

Location is at the quieter side of the town. Direct by the sea, but unfortunately our room only has partial sea view (because we asked for family room with 2 double beds). The staff were nice, both in the reception as well as in the restaurant. the restaurant looked new and food was good. It also has sundecks (a good one! we walked along the street and Kyma's sundecks are the coolest one with great material). The room was clean, AC worked really great. Basic amenities were provided. All in all, with the price we paid for, this was the best finding and I'd comeback -- but next time I'll book a double room with front sea view.

No elevator.. but the hotel is just 2-storey and the staff will help with your luggages anyway.

Excellent views from the sea front rooms. Amazing hospitality and very well located. They also have a good restaurant (named kyma) which is located close to the rooms and offers gourmet cuisine. Highly recommended. We will come back again.

Kyma exceeded my expectations. The staff become your friends, the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and I was even able to take a shower and dry my hair after checking out (I spent the day at the beach before my flight). They presented me with a lovely bespoke bottle of Greek olive oil upon my departure. The balcony was lovely, and there is a drying rack built in to air dry your towels and swim suits. I can't recommend this place enough!

This hotel is exceptional. From the very quick and easy check you are welcomed with a smile. The reception staff especially Maria are always happy to help and to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. The room was always kept very clean with fresh towels daily if required. Everything you need was there and great attention to detail including a small welcome gift waiting in the room it's them touches that make such a big difference. On checkout we also recieved a small gift that will always remind us of a fantastic stay in kyma rooms and suites. If your looking for a hotel in the centre but in a quiet location this is perfect close to bars and restaurants and the port. The hotel now also has a small private beach with sunbeds and towel cards provided. At the beach there is a restaurant that does the most incredible food and drinks, would highly recommend. All the staff at the restaurant are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

This hotel and the staff were absolutely amazing. The rooms were extremely comfortable and modern with a view to die for...water views for miles. The staff were beyond helpful. They were so kind, happy and friendly. The family restaurant next door was just so special with amazing food and cocktails but what was more amazing was the friendliness and kindness of the staff. We are DEFINITELY coming back. It wad perfect.

My husband, daughter and myself recently had the pleasure of staying at Kyma and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to providing a luxurious experience was evident in the attentive, accommodating Kyma team, who were only too happy to see to our every need and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is tucked away on the quiet end of Octovriou Street but a short walk from myriad bustling bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Our room was spacious and tastefully designed and had stunning views of the Aegean from our balcony. The combination of modern high-quality finishes and stylish furnishings created an ambiance that was both elegant and inviting. It was clear that the hotel had invested in top-notch craftsmanship to create an environment that was not only visually stunning but also incredibly comfortable. The bed was a haven of comfort, with premium linens and a mattress that provided an excellent night's sleep. The spacious bathroom boasted modern fixtures, luxurious toiletries, and fluffy towels, ensuring a spa-like experience. The restaurant prides itself on its carefully constructed menu which is truly unique and unmatched in both quality and sophistication. The attention to detail in crafting each dish was apparent. Every meal on the menu offered exquisite options that showcased the chef's culinary expertise and creativity. It was evident that a great deal of thought had gone into selecting the ingredients and designing the dishes, resulting in flavors that were vibrant. Moreover, the service at this establishment was faultless. I miss my afternoon Aperols, delivered directly to my lounger, and the sumptuous, casual, but in no way lesser bar menu offerings (smashed potatoes are pure socery). The staff are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about their craft.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Maria and Dimitris at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. The newly opened hotel restaurant next door was also exceptional, the food and views were second to none. Christian and Sebastian who worked there went above and beyond also. The hotel was pristine and really comfortable and all the shops and restaurants were within walking distance and every single person we met was more than friendly! Loved every minute of our stay.

Can’t fault it at all, just wish we could’ve stayed longer :)
