Mireille was very responsive and proactive and correspondence was very easy with her both before and after arrival. She was actually waving at us from the balcony as we drove up the road which was lovely. The property was clean, modern and very well-equipped and there was a delightful little terrace with a perfect view of the Eiger. There was a separate laundry room where we could store hiking boots and do washing. Mireille and Daniel were extremely flexible and accommodating hosts and we felt very welcome. The absolute best thing about the property was the location which was faultless. It was only a 5 minute walk into the centre of town but was peaceful and quiet and we were able to walk or take the bus or cable car to everywhere we wanted to go. Mireille also provided us with a 'Guest Pass' which gave us free local bus travel and 30% off the cable car to Mannlichen.

The rooms were a little small but that wasn't really a problem for us. There was a spiral staircase up to the twin bedroom which might be a problem for some people but my kids absolutely loved it!
