Room and hotel amenities need improvement

the hotel location is very convenience for those who wish to visit Terengganu via bus as the hotel is located just behind the bus station. I do like the room and coordination which made the room worth the value. we have great scenery at our room.

one of the reason why i chose this hotel due to good reviews in Booking. com. I read many of visitor are quite happy with the variety of food offered during breakfast. To be honest, their breakfast choice are not many as I expected it to be. The most overclaimed was Nasi Dagang with their fish curry. the second part that came to my dislike are parking. you had to drive your car at 6th floor to park and i came during peak holiday where most of parking are occupied. and last but not least, waiting time at elevator. There's lot of people who were waiting for lifts and only 3 lifts were provided. situation get worsen as they have event on the same day which made the lift always occupied with people from lower stairs. Apart from that, all seem fair to me with the value I pay.

Maybe need to improve on the TV as its not clear and channels is less attractive.

Hotel is poorly mantained. I only rated this as a 3 star hotel

I’ve booked the family suite and noted that the hall and the bed is separated by partition but unfortunately the aircond was not ventilated to the whole room and it was too hot to sleep in (the bedding area). Technicians were sent to check but nothing could be done according to them.. receptionist was not able to offer a new room to us but as an alternative a stand fan was sent to the room.. it was already midnight, we were so tired already and had to accept whatever solution offered. The management need to do something about that room..
