Het ontvangst was erg prettig en verliep goed. Je bagage werd opgeslagen en zij brachten het netjes naar je huisje. Je kreeg een plattegrond van de locatie en een tegoedbon met korting om iets te kunnen drinken in het café. De kamers zijn vrij basic maar erg schoon, elke dag werd je kamer schoongemaakt. Het uitzicht vanaf je veranda was geweldig. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en erg lekker. Het was een redelijk groot strand met een douche om het zoute water af te spoelen. Het was even wennen om geen wifi te hebben in je huisje, ergens goed om helemaal los gekomen van de afleiding van het internet. Ik vond de locatie echt waanzinnig mooi, de jungle achter je, de apen die in de ochtend en eind middag het terrein oplopen om te eten. Het was een grote dierentuin gewoonweg geweldig. Er liep een jungle track achter de huisjes om naar het andere gedeelte van het eiland te wandelen, geweldige ervaring. Een echte aanrader

Het was een onwijs hard bed wat ik erg onprettig vond. Iets meer zonnebedjes voor de verblijvende gasten had wel prettig geweest.

Si trova nel tratto di mare effettivamente più bello di Besar. Ho amato il laghetto con i varani. A pochi passi ci sono altri ristoranti ottimi.

La struttura è’ nel più completo abbandono, e’ come se fosse stata un resort anni fa. E ora fosse dimenticato. Molti gli chalet crollati, la piscina e’ in ristrutturazione e c’è’ il cantiere, purtroppo la clientela lascia immondizia ovunque e il personale ci mette più giorni a raccoglierla. Lo staff fatica a venirti incontro, la cucina al buffet non è’ buona, va meglio con la carta. Il resort affianco ha gli stessi prezzi ed è’ estremamente più curato e pulito. Il numero di sdraiette in spiaggia non e’ congruo con il numero degli ospiti e sono tutte rotte.

Le matériel de plage, matelas, chaises longues, n’est pas suffisant, en mauvais état, matelas sales et rares. Tables du bar sales , en plastique, abîmées. La piscine était hors service, cause travaux, aucun dédommagement proposé

Das Perhentian Island Resort hat einen eigenen Strandabschnitt mit einer traumhaften Strandkulisse. Unsere Meinung nach der schönste Strand dieser Insel. Die komplette Hotelanlage ist süß hergerichtet und hat viel Charme. Am Strand kann man das Wassertaxi nutzen, um die umliegenden Strandabschnitte zu “erschnorcheln”. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Zimmer sind leider nicht sauber, veraltet und beim Duschen wird die komplette Toilette nass. Die Bettwäsche war dreckig. Das Essen ist auch nicht sonderlich schmackhaft. Den Aschenbecher hat man geleert, indem man die Zigarettenstummel einfach hinters Haus geschmissen hat. WLAN nur an der Rezeption. Preis Leistung sehr schwach.

The resort is conveniently positioned in a lovely spot, merely 50 feet from the beach. The dining choices are appealing, and the room provided ample space for two individuals, with a balcony offering a serene garden vista. Breakfast offerings were varied and satisfying.

The pool was unexpectedly undergoing renovations, a detail that was not previously communicated. However, aside from that, everything else was excellent.

Everything else. Terrible service, especially the front office. A lot of minor hicups which we could have brushed off from check in to check out. But a few of the worst was: On the day we were checking out, we requested for housekeeping to clean some spilled milk. But front office said they will only clean once we checked out. So we have to live in the mess for half a day. For the boat back to jetty, they left behind 1 bag which we realized upon reaching kuala besut. Went to their jetty office with unhelpful staff. Called the hotel personally and was rudely told off by front office that there is no more bots and we will have to wait for their next boat at 4pm.it was 1245pm at that time. Finally spoke to their manager Mr Suparno, who said he will look into it and call me back. No one called me back from that time till 3pm. Had to go back and forth with their jetty office and calling the hotel.hey kept saying its on the way another hour.a few times.finally it arrived at 3pm. Issue was, a little call back and courtesy would have eased things. I guess they arent trained.. rude staff at jetty office and front office. Dissapointing . Amazing location, just poorly managed. Zero hospitality and no respect for peoples time.
