The service and hospitality were great in all areas, reception guy Hasnat ensured all questions were answered thoroughly!! he welcomed us with warm greetings in the lobby area and he also assisted by opening doors and assisting with our luggage to our room later we met Ms. waiwai she is a very hardworking staff she arranges for us everything and she fulfills our all requirements and she is perfect. Thanks for making our stay wonderful!

Great facility .. amaizing pool and spa would boo again upon further enhancements

I didnt like that the staff is with us in the villa up until 1 AM.We booked this for privacy so we did not appreciate that the staff is with us while cooking or hanging out in the pool etc. One of the rooms was not checked prior to our arrival..there was a horrible smell that was a result of a dead animal in the air duct .. the staff was kind enough to clear the room and even gave us complementary spa but we were not able to use 1 room so 3 of our guests had to fit into the remaining rooms which was uncomfortable. The pool was abit cloudy when we arrived not sure if it's a sand thing.. but for me I didnt feel its clean.

The pool is huge and very clean. Rooms are clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The place is wonderful and peaceful. The service is unbelievably amazing specially Waiwai and Arsenio, they just made our stay the most comfortable ever!

Having the place to ourselves. Warm welcome on arrival with Arsenio and Maran getting us settle into our rooms. Mai Mai who looked after us into the evening was brilliant setting us a fire for us all to sit round when we came back from dinner. She had also set up the swimming pool for a movie night which would have been magical but we talked and laughed so much we didn’t make it.

I was a little confused by exactly what the facilities where. We had originally thought we could use BBQ then I was told no. We decided to eat in the restaurant across the road and Jitender made us an amazing meal with them cooking us a huge BBQ. It would have been nice to have things better explained before arrival.

Everything! The retreat was great! From the service to the facilities. The staff Wai Wai, Arsenio and Varan were outstanding with their service.

The beds could have been more comfortable, the menu didn’t have a lot of the items listed. Our toilet and shower leaked
