This house was fabulous! Everything about it was wonderful from the layout, to the decor to the neighborhood and the location within the town. We were a party of 8, two families. The beds in bunk room were super cool - perfect room for our teenagers. We stayed over the 4th of July, and we could see the fireworks from the house! We would absolutely stay again, and the only thing we would change would be to stay longer!

This property is amazing!!!!! From this property near the golf course behind this house there is a rim trail that you can hike all the way around Page AZ 10 miles. Each day we broke the hike up and parked at different locations so that we covered the full 10 miles of this beautiful town. Amazing hiking access from this house! Hardly anyone on this trail. Would be great for mountain biking as well. Also, horseshoe bend is so beautiful at sunset bring your camera. Swimming in lake Powell was AMAZING so refreshing you can walk down a hike near the damn. We got our vehicle stuck on the sand beach spot when we went to go swimming at the lake Powell lone beach we had our vehicle in 4 wheel drive low but our vehicle still could not make it the sand was too deep in spots and too strap, but kind locals helped pull us out. Everyone is so nice in this town. This house has a wonderful pool, it was the perfect temperature, the owners are phenomenal. Lots of fun to be had!!!!! This house is super clean! Fun stay book your vacation! Good times funny memories made. We definitely lived life to the fullest at this wonderful home, we saw so much beauty.. Slot canyons are amazing too, we also went swimming in the Colorado river it was gorgeous!!!! I could go on and on…… :-) Enjoy this beautiful place and leave no trace. :)

The property was just like the pictures. Breathtaking. The house was clean and spacious. We didn’t use the pool much cause we were gone most of the time. Overall we had a great time

We had a great time in Page. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Our group enjoyed the games and pool in the backyard. The bunk room was awesome for all of the kids. Communication was excellent with property owner. Definitely would stay here again!

House exceeded our expectations . Fully stocked with everything we could imagine. Pool was warm and view was spectacular. Convenient location that was within minutes Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, Glen Canyon Dam, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell National Golf Course, grocery store, and more. Without a doubt, THE best experience we have ever had in a vacation rental. The kids were bummed to leave. Although the weather didn’t cooperate fully, the house more than made up for it. If ever we are back in Page, we will definitely try to book this house again. Jerrica, our host, was friendly and thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as good as can be. Thanks again for everything and allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

This home was perfect for our small family reunion of 4 adults and 4 teens. The location is ideal - close to everything in Page yet private. The view from the balcony is stunning. The pool and back patio are wonderful places to be especially at night. The pool was nice and warm even though the weather was cool during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Lots of visiting spaces. Beautiful, super clean, very comfortable home. We highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again if/when in Page.

You never quite know from pictures, but this place was everything is said and more. - Rooms were large, spacious and bedding great - Outside area was amazing, so can definitely see this being a super spot in gif summer (we were on spring break) - Location was awesome, less than a mile to the dense downtown area - Very convenient to the Highway, 5 miles to horseshoe bend and the Dam Total winner of a location, thank you Jerrica for being such a great host.

The house was even better in person than in the photos. Fully stocked and so nice. The bunks were awesome for two teenage boys. The master bed is SOOO. super comfy. The pool and outdoor space was great. We were visiting family and we were within walking distance. It was nice to have this big place to come back to. We did wish there was a huge umbrella or shade structure, (like the one over the sitting area), that was over half of the pool or something because we were there during 100 degree weather. Made it hard to use the pool during the day…but it didn’t ruin anything. Just a suggestion. Also, checkout is a little early. Most places are 11 or noon. It did make it a little bit of an inconvenience to get us all up and out before breakfast, but owell. We had a great time and we would love to rent this beautiful place again soon! Thanks, Jerrica!

The property we stayed at was amazing. It is perfectly situated to all of the areas we wanted to see (Antelope Point Marina, Antelope Cannon, and Horseshoe Bend, among others). Our party of 12 felt comfortable with plenty of space.

Perfect place to see so much natural beauty with our entire family. The pool is a must in the hot weather. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, garage space and dining areas make it ideal. We also enjoyed the walking trail behind the house

The house was beautiful and clean. Jerrica was super easy to work with. My boys enjoyed the pool.

The house was great except for a lot of bird droppings around the pool also lot of dirt/ sand in bottom of the pool. The bathrooms would be a problem if you had all girls as only one bathroom upstairs, we worked it out . The house was a great place to stay to travel to the North Rim, Zion, Antelope Canyon and Bryce canyon

Beautiful home in Page, AZ. The home was super comfortable- would do it again in a heartbeat!

This was a great location for our stay. Very centrally located and could walk to a number places from the house. The pool was a great addition for the kids. They enjoyed playing in it. House was well stocked and worked well for our large group.

The house was spacious and comfortable. We were an extended family group that met up in Page for spring break. The kids loved the heated pool (even though most days in March it wasn’t overly warm). The adults had their own king rooms and the cousins (5-16) shared the enormous queen bunk bed room. The location was ideal. Nice quite neighbourhood with great views and easy access to the Page rim trail. Page was a great little city to explore from. It had all the amenities we needed and was close to so many natural wonders. We were easily able to do a day trip to the Grand Canyon. If I am being picky, the furnace made some funny noises in the upstairs bedrooms, the ice machine in the garage was leaking heavily onto the floor and the dishwasher was loud. But I wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

We traveled to Page to participate in the Antelope Canyon Ultra Races. The house was so convenient to the race start (5 minutes), and also close to everything we needed (grocery, restaurants, etc). The Page Rim Trail is practically in the back yard! The house is well stocked (LOTS of towels!), and accommodated our group of 9 easily. More wine glasses would be helpful but we aren't too picky and used regular glasses. :) The beds are extremely comfortable! :) It was great having a second refrigerator in the garage. There's lots of seating outside where you can hang around the pool (weather was too cold to swim tho!). Jerrica was very responsive to my questions and made the check-in process very easy. Thank you Jerrica!

House was great size for our family. Nice location close to stores and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the bunk room. My only suggestions would be to replace the caulking in the master bath shower on the floor and I’m not sure it’s appropriate to ask the guests to strip beds and do laundry etc when we are paying a cleaning fee. Otherwise, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend this place.

This is a great house. We loved the house and the pool. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The pool and the backyard are amazing. Loved all the comfortable outdoor furniture and the pool was nice and warm. We definitely loved relaxing outside in the afternoon after our hikes and most evenings. Everything was exactly as listed. The house is super close to everything and we loved having the rim trail in the backyard. The balcony was great for watching the sunset nightly. Nothing but good things to say about our 4 nights here.

We celebrated a family reunion here and had the best time. Great kitchen and living areas - all exceptionally clean and tidy. Pool was a total benefit with lots of pool toys. In addition the house was ideally located to shopping, sites and airport. Definitely will return on a future trip.

My stay at Jerricas home was wonderful. The pool was perfect for hanging out and cooling off during the hot hot summer days. The house was very clean and rooms incredibly spacious with nice bedding, which is important to me. Jerrica was impeccable with communicating and responded almost always within 5 minutes to any of my questions. We did have a noise complaint unfortunately from the neighbors which I tried my best to mitigate. Jerrica was very kind in reminding me of the quiet hours.

This home turned out to be perfect for our stay. The best part was the pool area for the kids. There was also cornhole and games by the pool that were fun. The AC worked great and the ice maker was awesome. Great location minutes from restaurants and stores. Also the beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend this place.

loved many things about this property. Felt like the lounge chairs were dirty and needed to be power washed. Also the camera facing the pool was creepy. Living room couches were very worn. Also be sure to get the insurance as the owner filed a claim for carpet damage and we did NOT damage any carpet.

We had a quick 2 night stay at this property and wish we had longer! Beautiful home with plenty of room and everything we needed during our stay. We loved relaxing in the backyard and the trail behind the house was an added bonus!

We had so much fun at this house! My kids loved the pool! It was nice having a TV in every room. The master bed/bath is huge. The house was very clean on arrival and we didn’t have any issues. Really close to Lake Powell, Glen Canyon Dam and Horseshoe Bend. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
