Ground floor garden and location. Clean unit.

Main bed couldn’t sleep on so had to sleep on floor. Dryer didn’t work and bbq didn’t work. Didn’t like electric cook top. No spare toilet paper, no spare rubbish bags.

Location and facilities were excellent

Location was good, but you can find somewhere better to stay in Forster.

Extremely disappointed about the standard of the property. It is the worst place we have stayed for even close to the price. Property is old, unrenovated and in general disrepair, e.g., unusable/stuck ensuite door, near broken towel railing. The property may have been "wipe the surfaces" cleaned but it is a long time since it was "properly" cleaned. Suggest a thorough "bond"clean to restore the property to a standard expected for the price. No beach towels. No wifi. These non-features were pre-advised but it remains astonishing to not be offered these features at beach location in a central busy holiday location at the price charged. Too many emails and text messages from the booking agent, including after we made phone contact to discuss arrival arrangements. There was also phone contact during our stay to attempt to arrange access for routine maintentance over a weekend during our three night stay which was disruptive and annoying. Again, this may have been reasonable if the price point had not been unreasonably high and we had not already been annoyed by the booking agent requirements and the poor cleaning of the property.

A mix up at the office to start. They did not give us the garage remote. Had to go back to the office and start again.

There were not enough pillows for all the beds. A mouldy washup brush and no detergent. This was attended to for us which we appreciated.

Great position. Two seperate bedrooms. Ensuite plus main bathroom. Good car space under the property.

No soap in the bathrooms. (Particularly in COVID). Only enough toilet paper for one of the facilities. Had to share A ROLL between two TOILETS. No cleaning cloth in kitchen. (Wanted to leave premise clean!!!!) No cleaning product to wipe a bench. No plastic bag for bins. Broken vertical blinds. Very thankful that a mattress cover was on the queen bed. It was a very old mattress. Outside could have been swept for the 92nd birthday that we had to tidy before guests. The whole premise needs a deep clean, from the dirty vertical blinds to the loose window catches. Why not a small amount of long life sachets of milk. NONE. It was truely a sad experience.

The property was very dirty. Smelt of mould and run down looking. No Airconditioning or heating. Absolutely NOTHING was supplied, not even a few tea bags or coffee, except for part of a toilet roll. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. I will never stay there again as I was affected by mould allergies after and during the stay.

Loved the space and the adjoining yard area. It was close to all amentities, beach, shops etc.

The interior of the property was a little tired and small maintenance issues. e.g. ensuite door didn't close.
