Large size of the room. Wifi is good and fast.

I was able to receive daily shuttle service to and from Nagatoro station.
The cottages do not have WiFi.

In the information listed on booking.com it says this hotel has a sauna but it does not. One of the reasons I booked is was because of the sauna.
Also at breakfast they expected me to pay 500 yen for a drinks bar. I have never had to pay for coffee with my breakfast before in a breakfast included option.

Nothing ,
I forgot my gshock in the room and we got check out. After that i call them and asked about wacth.their reply was there wasn’t nothing in the room.
Also we are paying money for the features they have posting with the room.but they didn’t give me a that room i wanted.
