Het is een studio midden in de oude binnenstad van Leeuwarden. Alle restaurants, terrasjes en voorzieningen zijn op loopafstand. De studio is klein maar fijn en proper. Prima voor 2 personen voor een kort verblijf in de mooie stad Leeuwarden. Er is een minikeukentje met Nespresso-apparaat. Koffie, thee etcetera was aanwezig. Kookplaatje, koelkast en verder alle faciliteiten om eventueel zelf eenvoudig te koken. (geen afzuiging) Het tweepersoonsbed is uitstekend. Verder een mini-burootje en nog een klein tafeltje. Wij hebben ons er prima kunnen helpen. Voor die prijs een aanrader want nogmaals, je zit midden in de stad.

Het steegje naar de ingang is een beetje sjofel en vies. Het enige raam geeft alleen licht, (en de geur en geluid van de Subway. Dat stopt overigens in de loop van de avond) Bereikbaarheid per auto is beperkt maar met een goede voorbereiding goed te doen.

Jest miejsce na przechowywanie roweru w budynku. Great location, close to shops, restaurants and attractions worth seeing. Generally clean, with a few exceptions, the bathroom smelled very nicly, towels available, a Nespresso coffee maker, a few basic dishes, dish soap, shower gel, kettle, generally ok. There is a place to store a bicycle in the building.

Studio w dość hałaśliwym miejscu, mam na mysli innych lokatorów, którzy nie zwracają uwagi na to, że o 2 w nocy ktoś może chcieć spać. Malutkie okienko wychodzące na ścianę, ciemno, w ciągu dnia trzeba było mieć zapalone światło. Ogólnie pokój i łazienka czyste, ale było kilka elementów strasznie brudnych - zwróciłam uwagę właścicielowi. To co było bardzo dziwne, to fakt, że jednym kluczem otwiera się głowne wejście i drzwi do studia. Oznacza to , że każdy kto ma dostęp do budynku, ma też dostęp do studia. Pierwsze dwa dni troch.e się tym strtesowałam i źle spałam, uważam , że to powinno zostać zmienione. Druga sprawa to że właściwie cały czas ktoś z lokatorów zostawiał otwarte drzwi wejściowe. Do budynku prowadzi wąska droga, która nie jest oświetlona, kiedy wraca się wieczorem, trzeba używac latarki. The studio is in a quite noisy place, I mean other tenants who don't pay attention to the fact that someone might want to sleep at 2 a.m. A tiny window facing the wall, dark, you had to have the light on during the day. Overall, the room and bathroom were clean, but there were a few elements that were terribly dirty - I pointed it out to the owner. What was very strange was the fact that one key opens the main entrance and the door to the studio. This means that everyone who has access to the building also has access to the studio. The first two days I was a bit stressed about it and I didn't sleep well, I think this should be changed. The second thing is that one of the tenants was leaving the front door open all the time. There is a narrow road leading to the building, which is not lit, so when returning in the evening you have to use a flashlight.

this is was the worst place I’ve ever been, it was smelling very bad, it wasn’t clean the carpet on the floor was super dirty, the heater was not working and it was freezing cold, the wifi didn’t work either and I was trying to contact the stuff but no ones was replying to my messages, I will never come back to this place and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Ok for a short stay at least. Central location.

A bit hard place to find begin with. Shower head/ hose was broken. No soundproofing, though it did not bother us :)

it was tired, a little run down, dark and noisy with a screaming baby and parents next door, thin plasterboard walls, and a building being renovated next door with hammering and power tool noise! No curtain, bathroom fan inoperable, ceiling light fittings missing.

Perfect location. Easy to check-in and check-out. Comfortable bed.

It needs in deep cleaning. Walls in the studio are quite dirty. No shelves or a wardrobe, so you need to keep your clothes in your luggage,.You could hear everything going on in the rooms near by and above. The neighbours were extremely noisy all 4 night I spent there.

Location was top, clean, good communication.
