A localização, a portaria atenciosa, imovel bem estruturado

A anfitriã muito zelosa, mas tive que ficar dando muitas explicações, pois ela fez questão de nos esperar para entregar as chaves e apresentar o interior do apartamento pessoalmente,

A vista maravilhosa e a dona pessoa solicita.

Localização ótima próximo de tudo, flat muito bom limpeza,, funcionária prestativo e proprietária muito gnt boa.. super recomendo muito obrigado

location - this is the highest point of this property. it’s a very good location, staff is ok too, but I don’t recommend this property because you can spend same amount of money and stay in a better flat. There were a lot of cockroaches, it’s not a clean place at all!

hygiene - there were a lot of cockroaches. So disgusting!!! I talked to the manager, she requested someone to come and put poison in the kitchen. it didn’t work, the cockroaches were walking everywhere. Also she should check the unit before my staying. I don’t believe I was the first one to complain about it. Another point, there is a water filter in the kitchen that doesn’t work. My family was having water from this filter which she never mentioned it didn’t work. The water in the washroom isn’t getting warm, so you take a cold shower every times. it’s ok when Salvador is hot but still. it should work properly.

Location, good view

The building is very old, when we arrived the parking lot was flooded with sewage due to a broken pipe. The apartment has a good view, but it is older than it looks in the photos, it is missing items, too much light and noise enters the room.

I liked the apartment and the owner was just super helpful and made sure that everything is always alright. Can definitely recommend this apartment and would book here again.

- This is an old building. It needs a lot...lots of repairing - The cooking facilities looks like they got it from a second hand store - The towels? It looks dirty...dirty...dirty: I never used. It were white a long time ago. Were disgusting! Three days before my departure they gave me a really white one - The cleaning lady's were nice but they need to improve their cleaning. If I was the boss, I will fired them - The WIFI connection was fine the first week. The second week? I had no connection - I contacted the manager lady about it, she did not respond until I send a second message, but they never fixed it. To be fair, in my last day the whole building did not have phone or internet connection. I did not have time to call administration - On my first night I found a Big Cockroach -the one that flies- and a small one
