Clean modern apartment, great host who was always happy to assist and provide information and in a good location with easy access to Chamonix

The apartment was in a great location a short distance from the Flegere gondola and plenty of good local eateries and a few decent bars. The bus stop into town is right outside with regular buses up and down the valley. The apartment is newly decorated and very tastefully done, with a modern feel. The kitchen is well equipped should anyone want to stay home and cook. Paul was an excellent host and answered any questions almost instantly. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for the best of both worlds, with Les Praz offering direct access to the Flegere and Brevent ski areas and a short (free) bus ride into the bustling and often lively town of Chamonix.

Great location, amazing views and super comfortable! But the best part was that the host was always available for answer any questions and help, at any time!

Would be better if there was 2 bathrooms instead of the just one.

The customer service was really extraordinary good. Paul helped us in all our problems and requests. He answered immediately and spared no effort to make our stay become an amazing weekend. The house is clean, comfy, warm and it has everything one would need. Also good equipment for the kitchen. The price is absolutely worth it.

the apartment is wonderful and fully furnished with all needed accessories. located near beautiful coffee shop and a little sandwiches and burger place.. there is also a nice outdoor gear shop 100m away and it is 1.5 km from the centre of Chamonix so we found it great!! Paul is very helpful and answered my question in 5 minutes top..

Great apartment, best for family with kids. we were 4 people and it was very spacious and cozy. we really enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Paul was ver responsive and excellent host.

Lovely well equipped flat - everything you need for a self catering stay for a week or skiing or hiking in the slopes. A short walk from the Flegere lift was very convenient and more relaxing to be slightly out of the bustle of Chamonix town. Paul was a great host and lovely guy - the fresh fruit was a welcome and nice touch.

Mattress could be comfier but this is being very picky in an otherwise brilliant apartment and stay.

Excellent location near ski lifts. Ski bus right outside if needed. Nice village location but with local Shop, bars, restaurants etc.

This is perfect place to spend a holiday. Apartment is very comfortable and best equipped. There is everything more you may wish, including fresh fruits, coffee and milk served by Paul. Few steps from ski lift with very nice local shop behind the corner. Very quiet neighbourhood and 20 minutes to Chamonix by walk. There is nothing more, You want to have for perfect week.
