Beautiful room, clean and comfortable, lots of hot water. Excellent breakfast, employees friendly and helpful, also nice restaurant for fresh Hallstatt fish

The room was clean and big. It was amazing.

We did not read the rules and we were planning to enter to the hotel with some drinks, but in the reception a lady was pushing out my wife, maybe without touching here but with the hands she was pushing her out, she was speaking in German so we didn't understand what was happening until a guy told us in english what it was happening. So we were kicked out for the hotel and we were eating outside in the street while raining; and the lady appears and she was laughing and like mocking about us. Today I did the check-out and ask for the manager, who was the same guy that explained to us everything in english the night before; he was very impolite and then he told me that the lady for last night was his mother. I recognized our mistake for not reading the rules, but the attitude of this lady toward my wife was very disrespectful and we didn't get any apology for that.

The location is perfect. Our lake facing suite was beautiful and ideal to enjoy the views even when the rain forced us indoors. Breakfast was good..

The bathroom layout is illogical and uncomfortable. The shower faces the WC making the whole area wet. Towel rack is out of reach from shower.. Bathroom has a large window but no exhaust making it really cold when trying to air it.

El trato de la Sra.encargada dueña del Hotel, soberbia, mala educación, y muy malcriada. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA. Por mi padecimiento de Diabetes es necesario comer en cortos lapsos, la Sra no permitió ni que sacara una galleta y nos reviso el bolso de manera insolente e inapropiada.

Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. konum olarak mükemmel. odanın büyüklüğü ve rahatlığı harikaydı. Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer.

Bazı çalışanlar güleryüzlü değildi malesef. check in için tam saatinde geliyorlar. ondan önce kimseyi bulamıyorsunuz. Odalarda su ısıtıcısı olsa çok güzel olurdu.

De cuento! No hay nada malo que decir al respecto! La habitación una autentica pasada y el balcón lo más. No se oye ni un solo ruido. Teníamos desayuno incluido y fantástico.

Velice pěkný, stylový hotel téměř v samém středu kouzelného Hallstattu. Prostorný, vkusně zařízený pokoj nabízel veškeré pohodlí, dokonce i malý balkónek s krásným výhledem na městečko. Čisto a ticho, snídaně splnila očekávání.

Trochu nás zaskočila velice brzká doba uzavření restaurace. Po 20,hodině už jsme večeři nedostali, ale v tuhle dobu bylo "polomrtvé" prakticky celé městečko. Vzhledem k nedostatku místa a zákazu vjezdu do centra je bohužel nutné parkování na poměrně dosti vzdáleném veřejném, placeném parkovišti. Ve vrcholné sezóně může být i problém s jeho obsazeností.
