Location was perfect, restuarant was very good for breakfest and dinner, the view was amazing

Very well located and worth paying the extra for the room with a view. Had a pleasant meal in the restaurant. The shuttle bus service from the parking facility also worked well Recommended

Hotel central mais très cher meme en passant par booking. Nous avons constaté un prix nettement inférieur sur place, nous n'avons pas compris. Le parking devrait être compris dans le prix en raison du prix de la nuitée très chère. Cdt

Le paiement du parking obligatoire puisqu'il n'étais pas possible de rentrer dans le village, au prix de la chambre, le parking devrait être gratuit + il n'était pas possible de prendre la navette avant 9 Heures le matin du retour vers la france, nous avons du attendre 9 h pour prendre la route donc pas libre de récupérer notre véhicule tot le matin. + par une tempete de neige et circulation. Nous avons mis 3 heures de plus pour notre retour étant partis tard le matin.

The hotel is situated right in the town, just 200m away is the famous scenic photospot of hallstat, room is spacious, hot water shower is hot and water preassure is good. Bed mattress is comfortable with great lake view. Halstatt provide free shuttle to our hotel if u arrive before 7pm, upon 7pm u need to contact the property to send their own shuttle which we call them as we arrive at 7pm, and the shuttle was quick to pick us up to hotel check in. Out hotel building is situated not together with the main building but the staff (the one who drove shuttle us to hotel) helped with the luggage moving and it makes the process much more convenient. Since, everything in hallstat close at 5pm, we still manage to catch good dinner at the hotel restaurant, the grilled trout and chicken schnitzel taste really good. And restaurant staff is helpful when we ask some info about hallstat

We are not in main building and we cannot enjoy the facilities and we are check in into the third building and it is quite far from reception. It tooks us about 5 minutes walking, but luckily they have staff helping u to move luggage. The staff at reception was not too helpful because we ask about dinner in their restaurant and they just tell us it is fully booked and unable to dine in. We asked if we could tale away and have room service,they just point us to the restaurant to ask by ourself. Eventually we just walk into the restaurant and in fact it is not fully book, many empty seat and we have a great dinner. The next day ask about the shuttle that taking longer to pick us, but the staff was not not friendly and i would say a little rude in responding to us

Apesar de não termos ficado no prédio principal do hotel, a vista do quarto era espetacular. O quarto grande e confortável, com uma ante sala e banheiro espaçoso.

Não ficamos no prédio principal, perto da beira do lago e onde fica o restaurante do café da manhã e das demais refeições.

The view is very beautiful. You can see the lake when you open the windows. The room is big and comfortable. We enjoyed staying at the room a lot.

One of the staff is not so friendly when we had our breakfast. His attitude is not very nice.
