We really enjoyed staying there. The location is great, the apartment is 30 seconds away from the beach. It has everything you need on vacation. The owner is a very nice person, quick answer and always available. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at the condo! We loved the proximity to the beach! We went on morning and evening strolls every day. The condo was well-equipped and had everything we needed. We visited Luquillo Beach and El Yunque while there and it was super close to both. We noted that the condo is perfect for us to return to on another trip with our 5-year-old. Definitely recommend!

The grounds are meticulously maintained, the unit is very close to the beach and is the most clean unit I have ever stayed in while using Vrbo and others. Felt like home from the moment I opened the door. Maria is a great host. Complex is quiet. Walks on beach for sand dollars were great! Thanks again Maria.

Nice condo complex next to the beach and near two swimming pools. Condo was as listed and Maria an excellent hostess who was very responsive to questions. Clear instructions and easy enough check-in process. Renovation upstairs for 2-3 days had us having to leave the condo for the day due to the noise - bad luck and something that can happen in condo complexes. Also hot water was an issue at the property - at least for the showers, hence cannot give 5 stars. Probably all down to circumstance, but these things did impact our enjoyment.

This property was amazing! Maria was very helpful and in touch if we needed anything. The beach was beautiful. Everyone was very friendly. We will be back and stay with Maria when we do.

What an amazing place to stay! The unit is beautifully kept and decorated. The beds were comfortable and clean. And the A/C worked like a charm. What more can you ask for??? Oh— it’s also steps away from a semi-private beach! In fact, there was one evening when we were nearly alone watching the sunset. Simply gorgeous! The water was warm and clear and the beach was clean. The beach towels provided aren’t those cheap and threadbare towels I’ve gotten in other places, but full sized and fluffy. No need to pack any. There are also beach chairs provided. The community is gated and everyone was very friendly. There was a small hiccup on check-in but it was taken care of quickly. But, honestly, I’ve never had a smooth check-in process using short term rentals so maybe it’s just my bad luck. Overall, it was a fantastic and peaceful visit and I look forward to going back someday!

This was a great location--quiet, beautiful, close to the beach. We would definitely come back. The apartment was very well equipped--kitchen was the best stocked of any rental we have stayed in. Maria was responsive to our queries, but honestly we had no troubles at all during our magnificent stay at her place.

My first attempt at getting a VRBO rental in Puerto Rico turned into a cluster of false claims and misleading pictures. So I was somewhat reluctant to try again and I am so glad that I did. This property was everything it was advertised for clean, great location on a beautiful beach steps away from the sand and the pool. Maria was very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. The condo was set up with everything we needed and we spent most of our time at the outdoor patio. She also had list of near by resturants and grocery stores which helped. The people in units next to us were very friendly. The only problems we had were directions, apparently Puerto Rico isn't real big on having posted street signs so finding locations proved to be tricky and you will need to drive very defensively. A local laughed and told us it easy to know who the tourists are since they are the only ones who use blinkers. We would stay here again.

We loved our time at Maria’s home which was steps from the beach. The condo was well equipped with beach chairs, blenders, gas grill and everything you’d need in the kitchen to cook dinner. The detailed check in and out book made it easy to find what we needed including list of restaurants, grocery stores and tourist attractions. The neighbors we did encounter were so welcoming and helpful but didn’t invade your space. My parents loved their morning walks to search for sand dollars. Maria was available to answer any questions we had. Most days we had the beach to ourselves. Wyndham Resort and Casino was a 5 minute drive. We have never felt more safe at a rental or resort than we did at this gated community.

What a treat. We had a great experience. The apartment has perfect location, steps from the beach. Kitchen is fully loaded. Everything that you need to have a memorable vacation is in this apartment.

Apartment was steps away from the beach. Had wonderful updates and stuck with all cooking, silverware and glass ware. Also with all the beach gear you will need. The only problem we encounter was the water presure. It was fluctuating and the tankless water heater will not work if the two showers were in use at the same time. The apartment manager was always available and responded rigthaway. She provided her number to call if there was any issue. Thank you Maria our family truly enjoy there time there.

The location was great. The privacy was great. The beach was great. The property had everything we needed and Maria was very accommodation throughout the reservation process. Highly recommended!

Wonderful vacation in Rio Grande. Maria's property is perfect with a location on the beach that could not be beat. When we arrived the power on the island had been out for several days and was slowly returning. Maria let us know before we left our home but we decided to take a chance that it would come back and I am glad we did. The power was back by 9:30 pm the night we arrived. We had a lovely time on a snorkeling trip to the island of Vieques which departed less than 30 minutes from the condo, a really fun trip to El Yunque where the tour met 5 minutes from the condo. We made a couple of trips to the grocery store for breakfast foods as we like to have breakfast in the condo before a day exploring. We were there over Good Friday and the resort transformed from a sleepy beach resort to a bustling retreat where everyone's family seemed to gather. The neighbors were super friendly and gave advice on what to see and do freely. I really enjoyed spending Good Friday on the beach feeling like a local and enjoyed the little pop-up restaurant that appeared on the beach that day. Highly recommend a stay at this property.

Maria's condo is located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It is equipped with everything you could need for an extended stay, including lots of cooking utensils, emergency lanterns, extra batteries, comfortable beds and tons of big, fluffy bath and beach towels. I especially enjoyed swimming laps in the 18 yard pool. I usually had it all to myself. The beach, too, is never crowded, but the surf was mostly too rough to swim while we were there. Our only complaint is that the instructions regarding securing the condo on the last day were confusing. We'd encourage Maria to leave clearer directions. Otherwise, we highly recommend this rental.

This is the second time we have stayed at Maria's place. From the start Maria is a fabulous communicator and she made sure everything was set for our vacation. The beach is perfect! The only time is was crowded was for New Years Eve! Again, the sand dollars are incredible! Highly recommend a visit at Maria's!

We loved staying here! A beautiful, clean beach was just steps from the condo and we loved being on the ground floor with a nice patio. The unit had a boogie board, some sand toys, beach chairs, and a cooler. The air conditioning was nice and cool for sleeping at night. The WiFi was strong and reliable. We would love to return again someday!

Our experience at this rental was great. The unit is located within steps from the beach! It is also very well equipped, with a pretty new grill and the kitchen is in great condition and neat! Communication with the property owner, María, was excellent! Will definitely rent again!

I can't say enough how much we enjoyed staying at Maria's place. We have two boys, ages 8 and 6, and it was perfection for our family. Maria had beach chairs, a boogie board, beach towels and all the necessities in the kitchen. The unit wasn't huge, but we didn't need any more space. It was perfect for our family of four. The grill on the patio was wonderful. We were able to grill dinner a few nights. The beach was so close, and very private! Our boys enjoyed endless time in the water and searching for sand dollars and shells. Maria had amazing communication with us while we were there. She even accommodated a last minute change due to our flight home being cancelled. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend staying at Maria's! It was a perfect way to spend our Christmas vacation.

The unit was just as described- attractively furnished and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, the beds were incredibly comfortable and there were beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and to El Yunque rainforest. The owner was very responsive when we had to change some plans last minute. Overall we would highly recommended.

This condo was great. It had a great beach and just about everything you would need available to you (lots of towels, sheets, etc). Maria was awesome and helpful. It was a bit of a drive from things so we were always in the car for 15 minutes to get somewhere, but that's the deal if you want to be beachfront.All in all, would totally recommend renting this unit.

I love this place, it was so peaceful and secluded. We saw maybe three families on the beach, the rest felt like the beach was just for us. It was me and my husband and ours two kids (7 & 16). The condo had everything you needed even for the beach! The beach was steps away from the condo. Very well kept and clean. El Yunque was about 15 min from us and Luquillo was also 10 min away. Supermarkets close by. Definitely will be back!

This was the second time for our family of four staying in Maria's paradise! It is exactly as shown, with everything you could need, and the beach is serene and just amazing! The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable for sleeping and cooking. The beach was busy over the Easter holiday weekend, which was good with locals helpful in showing us the safer spots to swim with stronger than usual rip currents and high waves. Sitting on the patio listening to coqui and neighbors playing guitar was wonderful! During the week you could walk the beach in either direction without seeing anyone! Sunrise is glorious from the tables shown. Close to Fajardo, Old San Juan, El Yunque, and many neat spots right there in Palmer including Coqui Arts and an amazing Catholic Church in Luquillo. Good to know that there were water and lantern provisions if needed given some of the poor weather conditions during our second trip, and thankful they were not needed!

The place was more than we could have asked for. Plenty of room for our family of four. The kids had their own room together and my wife and I had a nice master suite with bathroom. The patio was peaceful. Beach couldn't be nicer!! It was an easy walk (maybe the length of a football field) from the ground floor patio. The palm trees provided shade should you want it from the sun. There was plenty of beach for our family. I counted 7 other people on a mile stretch of sand at 1:00pm on a PERFECT day. It is the best private beach I have ever been to. The waves were perfect for boogie boarding (which Maria provided, as well as sand toys and chairs). We went to the kiosks twice as well as bio bay and the rainforest. The only negative was the shower pressure and the a/c in the master would throw out tiny black particles. That was it. FANTASTIC STAY, FANTASTIC BEACH, FANTASTIC PLACE!!!!!

This condo is a gem! It has everything you need. We were very comfortable there. We stayed for the month of August and we had a wonderful time! There are several grocery stores fairly close and we had everything we needed to cook meals. We went to the beach and used the pools daily. There were plenty of towels for all of us. The only downside is that the wifi is not very strong, which was not a problem until my husband tried to do some work remotely. I can't say enough how much I enjoyed being right on the beach. I sometimes went hours without seeing anyone else. The Wyndham was a nice walk away, and the kiosks were beyond that. We did several day trips, including exploring Old San Juan, el Yunque, and we did a wonderful snorkeling tour to Vieques with Pure Adventure (HIGHLY recommended, we saw lots of fish and sea turtles!) Maria was very helpful, and even had someone in to clean the condo every week. The security at the condo made me feel safe. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I go to PR!

We had the best 4 days at this condo!! My husband, our 2 kids (9 and 12 years old), and I stayed at Maria's condo last week and we did not want to leave! Such a great location - we did Old San Juan, El Yunque, etc but were so happy to come back to the condo every afternoon. The beach was paradise - never crowded and tons of sand dollars. We kept saying we were so lucky to have found Maria's listing - such a perfect place to stay!!

We stayed at Maria's condo for a week. Everything went well, the condo was well appointed and in a great location. You can hear the ocean that is just a short walk away! Lots of beach chairs, noodles and such. Just an FYI, they did not have any lounge chairs at the pool. We usually just went for a quick dip as we spent most our time at the beach, so not a huge issue for us. But the condo had plenty of chairs to take there if you wanted to. The back patio was great, spent lots of time hanging out there listening to the waves!

The condo was very nice, clean and exactly as pictured. Note that the rooms are cozy and efficient with great storage, supplies, ceiling fans, and plenty of sitting space in the living room. Master bed is very comfortable; you can hear the ocean waves from the bedroom while drifting off to sleep. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that VRBO kitchens often lack. The owner provides plenty of beach chairs (including Tommy Bahama Chairs...what we use at home!) cooler and toys to use on the beach. The outdoor patio is great for meals and relaxation; ocean view is limited on the ground level however you can feel the ocean breeze and hear the waves loud and clear. There are beautiful stone picnic tables under the palm trees right on the beach for anyone to use for coffee or dinner if you want to dine close to the water. The beach is exceptionally beautiful; palm trees line the beach without condos directly on the water as they are set back therefore they don't take away from the natural beauty. The beach is essentially private (we stayed during the week) as all the condo units in the area have security guarding access. After exploring other beaches in the area, including the famed Luquillo Beach, we felt the best one was right outside our door! Condo is centrally located with close access to Old San Juan, El Yunque Rainforest, Kiosks for dining and near the Wyndham Del Mar where we visited the Casino. This is a great place to stay while exploring Puerto Rico. Highly recommended! I hope to return!!

This was our second year at Maria's and we plan to return next year. We were delighted to have our daughter and her family come for 10 days. The 9 and 6 year old boys thought the beach, the surf and their stay was awesome. Maria again was very helpful in making this a comfortable stay. The patio has breath taking views of El Yunque rain forest and the ocean. Everything is clean and well maintained. This is a secure property and the security team was friendly and attentive. Everything we needed was provided in the unit, including beach chairs and toys. This property is close to the rain forest, the ferries in Farjardo, and the Luquillo Kiosks. We're looking forward to another piece of paradise here next year.
