Logement propre,spacieux, bien équipé et très bien situé.
Une hôte très réactive .
Au top les informations transmises par mail , tout était indiqué.( Logement, restaurations,lieux à visiter...)

Supermarket is close. The house is big with too bedrooms and a big sofa bed. The kithcen is well equipped.
However, the things we didn't like outweigh the advantages by a big margin.
The toilet was terrible. It was the show stopper and deal breaker for us. The toilet bowl overflows if you flush. It was extremely uncomfortable as a family, as we were busy cleaning the toilet for half the time. Terrible and disgusting to say the least! :(
Also, the 2nd room was unusable as the radiator did not work and the house was quite cold with hardly any insulation.

Very uneven steep steps to the property (dangerous) and also unlit!!
Apartment was not clean and needing a lot of attention, toilet backed up, cupboard door coming off, mouldy walls and ceilings , oven needs a very good clean
Water running noise all night
Dangerous noisy metal staircase to upper floors
Cats always trying to get in and destroying abandoned bin bags at top of steps
Cleaning charge if not left tidy, laughable
Bedding smelt of wet dog and was incredibly itchy, slept clothed

goed bed, parking voor de deur, het was er erg fris alhoewel het buiten 26 graden was
het is er vochtig. De muren zijn van karton en helaas zat er een erg luidruchtige familie Nederlanders in de appartementen boven ons. Achteraf bekeken hadden we voor 1 nacht misschien beter een hotel genomen, dan hadden we ontbijt gehad en moesten we niet alles kuisen, en de akoestiek had misschien niet beter geweest maar onmogelijk slechter.

Les poubelles trainent dans les escaliers communs; la poubelle des vidanges était pleine à notre arrivée et 4 jours plus tard , la poubelle n'était toujours pas vidée.
Il y de la nourriture pour chat dans les escaliers
Toutes ces odeurs ont attiré les ratons laveurs
Je me suis retrouvée entourée de ratons laveurs à la porte du studio vers 23H00 alors que je sortais avec le chien.
Je rappelle que l'urine de ces bestioles est nauséabonde et est toxique pour les chiens
La terrasse n'est pas entretenue; du coup je trouve que le prix n'est plus correct

A great value for staying in a city with expensive hotels. All facilities were in order, cosy, clean and very good space for families.
The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable but this is a personal preference. the location is a little bit far from de city downtown.

Nice large flat not far away from city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Dinant is a beautiful city and our stay was very pleasant. Recommended!

Everything was good, apartment was really spacious, more quiet location and we had a also bbq in the garden. Host was helpful along the way and even if we had a issue at the start with bbq, she fix everything promptly. Its close to Dinant centre, something like 10 min by walk down hill. On the way back, you need to go bit up but its fine.
PS: friendly cats on the garden awaiting for your food.
We found big mosquitos in our bedrooms. There is lack of nets for windows protection. Bed mattress is not so soft but its based on preference. You need to clean yourself the whole apartment afterwards or you must pay extra.

Great contact with the owners. We got lots of information about the stay with tips about the surrounding. Nice apartment with some extras. Parking.
We had some problems with the toilet. With some tips of the owners we could partially fix it. There was no curtain in bathroom.

Apartment tidy, big and beds comfortable.
One bedroom located next to the metal stairwell leading to the upper apartments. Woke me up at 8 am when people were leaving.

Spacious unit that we found comfortable for one night. Unit is dated but clean. Bed reasonably comfortable. Unit had everything to self cater. Happy to have private parking. A little way from town centre but bus stop a few steps from unit
Found outside steps a little challenging. No lighting that we were aware of. Advertised washing machine but we did not locate it.

Our remote hostess responded immediately to the fact that we had no hot water and moved us to a lower apartment.
Both apartments are in serious need of some maintenance. Electrical and painting, flooring, replacing cracked tiles. The outside of the apartment definitely needs a good tidy up. Boxes of rubbish, old mops, weeds all need clearing away. Be aware that to access any of the apartments you need to go up narrow concrete stairs. For the top flat another metal outside staircase then narrow concrete ones to a very shabby door at the top . Not ideal for many including cyclists, as we were. The most disappointing accommodation of our 10 days so far.

The kitchen was well appointed and practical. it was also great to have access to a grill outside as we cooked there twice. Bathroom had a full bathtub along with the shower which made for a nice soak after a days hiking. Owners were responsive to questions/issues/messaging. Apartment was large and would suit 4 guests easily. Easy access to grocery and the town. The host had great info about the town and surrounding atteractions.
The room we had was up two sets of stairs, one outside and metal which made getting to and from the room treacherous. I slipped and fell one time. The toilet room is so small that it's hard to use and the door would not shut (see photo).The hot water stopped working one morning. Also some light switches turn off power to areas if the apartment but are not labeled. We thought the loft was without power and could not watch TV for half our stay.

Location was good, it has a parking spot and from there you can walk to the main street in less than 10 minutes (going back is up hill though). The apartment was queit, the owner contacted us a few times with information.
Bed sheets were OLD, they were piling so much that they were making us itchy. There was also a long list of things to clean before leaving, and I wasn't going to pay for a second set of sheets for the sofa bed (it was clear we were four people in the booking) by leaving cash on a table (we don't even carry much cash)

Not very clean. It seemed that the only cleaning was done by the previous guests. Beds were not made when we arrived.
