The terrace overlooking the river is what makes this hotel one we return to. Having a drink in the late afternoon or having breakfast next to the river never fails to disappoint. It's also a good location for walking in to Dinant in under 10 minutes. Breakfast is good too.

On check-in, there was just one member of staff who had to check in several people and run the bar as well. Not acceptable and not fair on her.

The location of the hotel is very good. Staff were polite and helpful. The room was a good size and clean. Buffet breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Nice bar area.

There is no guaranteed parking places, although we did get the last space.

My husband is ill and I had requested a room near the lift and easily accessible. The hotel staff contacted me before trip with a choice of room. We had a good room near the lift and overlooking the river. It was very peaceful. The hotel has good parking and were able to accommodate my dog. Breakfast was excellent. Good position near the centre and on the river.

Goede bedden. Ontbijt was goed en een leuk terras om even een drankje te doen.

Geen koelkast op de kamer en geen stopcontact bij bed.

Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en prima kamer met goede bedden. Mooie ligging aan de Maas. Goede uitvalsbasis om Dinant en omgeving te verkennen. Ruime berging om de fietsen veilig op te bergen.

Mooi ligging, ruime kamers, vriendelijk personeel en zeer goed ontbijt. De bar en 24 op 24 personeel aan de balie is ook een pluspunt!

Er was maar 1 handdoek per persoon, waarvan 1 handdoek vuil was. Geen koffie of thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Een flesje water op de kamer zou ook fijn zijn.

Goede ligging op loopafstand van restaurants en cafés

Voor de prijs niets op aan te merken.

Ontbijt : vrij uitgebreid enkel jammer dat er geen potjes joghurt waren ipv die kom met joghurt en de pancakes kreeg ik niet terug opgewarmd Personeel : zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig; spreek zelf weinig Frans maar probeer maar kreeg antw in (beperkt) Nederlands wat tof zo. Win win voor beide om te oefenen. ;-) Locatie : goed gelegen met parking naast de deur. (kamer klein maar praktisch meer heb je niet nodig)

Kamer netjes ingericht, alles functioneerde naar behoren. Goede bedden met wit fris beddengoed. Twee extra kussens aanwezig. Als service een setje oordoppen op het nachtkastje (mijn vrouw was er blij mee). Gratis parkeren. Ontbijt was prima in orde en werd goed bijgehouden door een medewerkster.

loved having coffee on the balcony, lots of choice for breakfast, beds very comfy, worth paying a little more for a river view it can be noisy if on the ground floor late at night

car parking is difficult sometimes, and perhaps another member of staff at the bar when needed.

Compact hotel with all we needed on one floor - important as my wife is in a wheelchair

The overall feel was a bit tired / neglected It was a rainy day so intended to have an evening meal in the hotel but the menu was so poor we did without

They tried to charge me for breakfast when it clearly stated on the booking breakfast included. Was resolved in the end when the manageress got involved.

Excellent location. Just a stroll along the river to find boats for a trip or cafes for something to eat . We liked the Casino next door for the restaurant and roulette !

The towels were small and rough .

Only stayed one night, very happy with room and location to centre was great with lots of restaurants close by. Also has a outside seated area overlooking the water which is lovely.
