The property was over 30 minute drive to the airport. The free shuttle only had ferry specific times and the hotel was very dirty. There was a large group that was there that same night and they were yelling at the top of their lungs for about and hour and a half starting at 7am. It took four calls to the front desk for them to stop.

We had a nice one-night stay during our layover at BKK. The free airport shuttle is a great service and was much appreciated. Staff were so friendly, helpful, and professional - cannot fault them at all. The bed was very clean and comfortable! Overall good for getting some rest during your travels, and a fair price.

It was , but I don't think I would want to stay longer. The hotel looks really close to BKK on the map, but for some reason the shuttle ride is about 20-30 minutes long. Rooms were designed and decorated with luxury in mind, but they unfortunately don't deliver on the luxury experience due to poor maintenance/upkeep. Lots of mold/rust/limescale in the bathroom, spots on the mirrors, etc.

Fantastic place to stay if you are transitioning from one flight to another. Shuttle service to and from the airport was great. Fantastic pool and lovely breakfast included.

Like a resort/ conference centre. Close to airport with excellent shuttle. Large comfortable room, stunning pool, excellent breakfast. No nearby restaurants so are in restaurant - good choice of meals - modest to expensive.

They said it was 4kms from the Airport when it is more like 15 kms

we didnt really explore the location because we liked the facilities so much we stayed in there but it is about an hour away from the central of bangkok where all the nightlife is but its perfect if you want to be near the airport.

Free shuttle service to Airport was fantastic with both pickup and drop-off at numerous times during the day. The food was great and the choice was very good for both dinner and breakfast. Drinks were available to purchase and delivered to the room. Near 7 Eleven to purchase items. Pool excellent size.

Not really near shops of any type our attractions but airport convenience is its main appeal. Overall, there are more positives than negatives

La navette comprise dans le tarifs pas disponible aux heures d'arrivée et de dèpart frais supplèmentaire en GRAB, le breakfast compris aussi dans le prix accès refuser la première fois il l'a fallut que j'aille voir la rèception suite à une erreur du service du breakfast j'y suis retourner mes en colère car j'ai perdu 30 minutes et le personnel pas agrèable du tout , un peu de pluie est plus d'internet la veille pendant 1 heure que tu discutes avec des clients par webcam c'est pas marrant .

Die Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber die Handtücher sehr alt und fleckig wahrscheinlich gehen die Flecken nicht mehr raus beim waschen . Wir waren im 4. Stock es gibt nur einen Aufzug der sehr warm und klein ist Treppen kann man nicht benutzen sind abgesperrt und nur bei Feuer und Notfall zugänglich . Wir waren abends im Restaurant um am Buffet zu essen , es sieht sehr gut aus und schön hergerichtet , aber leider alles sehr schwach gewürzt und wenig Geschmack .

This hotel was very impressive from the design, staff, location and how clean it was. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us, the location was not far from the airport however was a nice distance away not to be disturbed by the busy air and road traffic. Swimming pool was big and lovely and every part of the hotel was clean. There was a lovely bar outside that sits by the fish farm. Staff at the bar lovely and the lady who can speak thai, mandarin and English.

Everything was superb. Wish our stay was longer, next time will definitely book longer stay.

My bed was two doubles put together which wasn't what I ordered on the website and the bathroom wasn't as clean as I would expect but it was still good

The hotel was amazing value and the facilities and staff were all excellent including the free transfer to and from the airport . Swimming pool restaurants were really good quality of food and drink and again staff were excellent

I stayed here as a little treat for the end of my trip in Thailand. I got upgraded to a great room and the service was spot on. The room was clean, comfortable and close to the pool.

I love the complimentary shuttle service from Airport to the hotel, The room was sizeable and comfortable. The vibe of the location was great, comfortable and relaxing The gym was adequate The concierge provided facility driving service to breakfast

There was very little not to like about our stay, This is very picky and minor: "The gym needs a water-filling station, however; the staff from the restaurant was kind and happy to fill our water bottle for me.

The pool was lovely, room was a good size, clean sheets and staff were friendly. Quiet. 24 hour dining. Free airport shuttle.

Mosquitos in the room with no bug spray provided. Lots of birds flying around and over the pool, so the pool ended up having lots of feathers and gunk. Dinner buffet was priced a bit high for adults, considering the spread wasn't large.

Die Lage zum Flughafen war optimal. Auch der Pool war wie beschrieben sehr schön.

Auf der Anlage, insbesondere am Pool waren zu viele Tauben. Diese Tauben verschmutzen auch die Außenfassade des Hotels. Leider waren auch die Hotelzimmer Fenster sehr schmutzig, so dass man kaum rausgucken konnte.

Nice pool and the room was comfortable. The bed was good

All peripheral areas were filthy - staircases, balconies etc, with bird poo, old leaves and lots of dust everywhere. We booked for a family of 4 and requested an extra bed in our room which was the room recommended on booking.com for our size group. They never responded to the message and in arrival time is it was 1000thb per night for the extra bed. When we complained that they had not told us this in advance and had not responded to our message, they told us that was the policy and there was nothing they could do. They were uncharming and it was a bad start to our stay. Breakfast was average. There was a big array of what we would consider lunch or dinner options on the breakfast buffet. The cheese was in the same platter as the meat which was unappealing as vegetarians. Service at dinner was terrible. We had to ask for everything several times, e.g. glasses so we could drink the water. The shuttle was helpful, but it is only every 90 mins and the timings were never quite right. The location is awkward, there really is nothing nearby. We booked a trip to the floating market as everything was far away. They told us it was a 90 min drive which was just about manageable with trek small children. In reality it was 3 hours. The driver told us that we should have left at 6am which was our original request - it was the front desk staff who told us 7am would be fine. We will never go back there
