What a stunning hotel. The flowers!! Everything went well from Check in, room service, pool side service, breakfast and bar service. The location next to Siam Paragon for food and shopping was excellent. The room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. Loved the free mini bar, coffee machine and snacks.

This hotel is the definition of luxury and a 5-star experience. Best hotel in Bangkok. Amazing pool, amazing kids club, amazing service. We will come back!

This hotel has everything you could want. Amazing food and restaurants. Spa, pools, massage, views, spectacularly beautiful building. Staff are so friendly and helpful. There is an incredible shopping center and market right downstairs, with direct private access from the hotel. While maybe not a traditional Thai experience, we incorporated this stay into our trip to have a few days of luxury before heading out of the cities, and was absolutely amazing.

Excellent service from staff, as usual. Great breakfast spread. And you cannot beat the location for easy access to downtown Bangkok shopping.

Traffic around the hotel can get pretty crazy, but that's only because it's right in the Siam shopping hub.

Friendly and welling to help

From checking in till the day I checked out everything was tip top. Their service are very good very attentive and helpful from front desk to housekeeping. Help me to book a few restaurant to check on availability. Worth every penny ! Highly recommend!

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years. The location next to Siam Paragon and the resort like garden and pool area makes it a very relaxing oasis within the bustling city.

We liked absolutely everything , in particular personnel attention, food and cleanliness. breakfasts were amazing , all staff members were very careful and polite . Everyone noticed my pregnancy and payed special attention to me, bringing pillows for my back at restaurants and even gave me a pregnancy pillow for sleeping! Our child liked swimming pool and Kids Club very much! Housekeeping in the room and laundry washing service were great !

Расположение неплохое - за углом торговый центр с хорошими ресторанами, но в остальном движухи нет особо в окрестностях. Сервис прекрасен. У нас был номер с доступом в лаундж - там завтрак отдельный, без толкотни, есть столики на улице для курящих. В главном ресторане на завтраке очень тесно и даже очередь.

У бассейна лежки довольно близко друг к другу, мест для курящих очень мало.

Super kid friendly, with welcome gifts for kids and kids club. Pools were good sized and 1.2M throughout with nice shallow portions for kids. No steep drop in water depth to worry about. Location is next to Siam paragon and there is a huge Gourmet Market (supermarket) with excellent local food stalls selling hot food. Great buffet breakfast, courteous staff.

Smallish breakfast area, gets real crowded at around 9-10am. So head down early. Location is next to the Chanels, LVs and Pateks of the world. Siam Paragon is an ultra high end shopping mall that can be a little soulless compared to MBK or even Terminal 21/ Siam Center. I sometimes forget I’m in Thailand as a result. I’ll probably stay at another hotel because of my personal preferences for more local experience. But hotel is excellent.
