street noise two nights kept me up until 4 am two mornings very early renovation was going on outside my door, when I arrived it was like a construction site with materials on the stairs

Location was very good. This place is centrally located. there are enough options of Restaurants,bars,etc. The host contacted me one day before via Whatsapp. Check-in went smoothly although host was not there.

There are few things which i did not like. I would recommend everyone to consider this before booking this place. 1. There was no elevator and stairs are extremely narrow. So if you are planning to come with M size suitcase be ready to face difficulties. 2. Rooms are very small. Somehow they take pictures in a way that shows rooms are bigger. For 2 persons i will not recommend this place. 3. Beds are not at all stable. They move/slide if are lying on bed. This is extremely annoying. 4. Kitchen- you can not cook anything in the kitchen as some important things are missing for e.g. spatula. 5. Toilet seat was not stable. I do have picture but i don't want to upload this here.

Location was excellent, close to the beach and all the nice bars/restaraunts/shopping. Communication with agency was very good and they had the apartment ready early for me when I arrived. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The location

First of all, I was very disappointed with the studio because I was expecting a balcony since I made a reservation of a room with a balcony and it was confirmed. Second of all, the room is super small and there is no space for the luggage. the sheets were dirty with a very annoying smell and the AC was not working very well. Don’t go with the expectation of having a room service or a cleaning service, we needed to pay 15€ each in order to change the towels. At night, it’s really hard to sleep because there are many restaurants and pubs near the residence. And there is no elevator. Thank God we managed to have fun but our stay was terrible.

I felt the images were a little misleading, we were expecting a small balcony and the studio was a lot smaller than we expected. There were small pieces of black mould in the shower and below the sink there were drip marks which looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly. We had requested twin beds and when we arrived it was a double, they were quick to respond to this and bought extra bedding to split the beds. They also brought extra toilet paper, when requested .

Unfortunately due to the reasons mentioned below very little.

Where do I start? Firstly I want to say that I appreciate there are people out there who aren't easily pleased and enjoy writing bad reviews but before you read this please note I have been a member of Booking.com since 2012 and this is my first negative review. We stayed in the two floor apartment and the issues we had with our stay were: - Wrong location to what we booked. Please note the location on booking IS NOT where you will actually stay. The property whatsapp'd me the actual location when we were checking in. This cannot be allowed surely? While the property is only 5 minutes from the address stated, it is in a very old apartment block above a couple of nightclubs that have banging music until 5am. It is also definitely not a 5* property as advertised. - The condition of the property is awful. Door handles falling off both in the room and the main building door. Lift to the top floor is a laughable size. - Washing room flooded the kitchen when we used it once - Shower was blocked on our first day and flooded the bedroom and downstairs - AC is too old to really be effective in the August heat. Upstairs was literally like a sauna and too hot to sleep on the bed so we had to spend four nights on the sofa bed which was incredibly uncomfortable and looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned. The property said they sent a technician out but nothing changed. - The smoke alarm in the property was disconnected and left in a drawer. We asked the property to cancel our stay after the first night which they declined. We would have moved elsewhere but there were no hotels available given the peak season. When finishing our stay we dropped the property a message detailing all of the above with photos. That was 10 days ago and we have not had a single response, despite chasers. We are now escalating it with our credit card company as these guys should not be able to get away with running a property like this.

-Location was amazing with restaurants, shopping, and one block from the beach. -The window was very high-quality, blocking the noise from the restaurants below. -The room and bathroom was renovated and clean. -Smart layout, making the most out of a small space (kitchenette, wardrobe, breakfast table, bathroom with shower)

- Booking says two twin beds, which I was counting on. Upon arrival the two beds were joined with one bedding set. After contacting the manager the extra bedding set was provided a couple of days later, so we could separate the two beds. Thank you. - The apartment was on the third floor without elevator, so taking the luggage up and down was a bit challenging. It was not a big deal otherwise.

Cupboard door falling off. Lamp very dusty. Starting to look a bit worn.

Location was great for the beach. Nice touches with coffee and tea. Apartment was compact and stylish.

Bathroom needed cleaning properly (with bleach - the grout was brown). The apartment is on the second floor, up several flights of stairs with no lift, which was difficult for my mum with mobility issues.

Amazing spot in Cannes, close to everything, facilities were excellent and ideal for our purpose which was a quick getaway without our kids to relax and unwind.

Nothing really, a cleaning service in the room but for what we paid that shouldn't be included.

The size and noise from the street. I thought I booked a room via Booking.com with at the back a small balcony but turns out I had a room without a terras and in front above the noisy shopping/ live music street. After booking the pictures on booking.com magically disappears and in the discription it says Standard Room... This is the second time it happened to me via booking.com and next time I am making sure I am making a screenshot of what I booked. To cancel out the noise of people getting drunk untill 4am you have to keep the shutters down and windows closed. This can become very hot and dark, but luckily there is an AC. But sleeping with the AC on the whole night is very very noisy, together with the sound of the refrigerator. And to keep the noise out you basically can't get any sunlight through... And you have to switch on artificial light, which is a huge shame because the wether is nice 100% of the time... The shower is rundown .. silicones have mold... We were travelling with handluggage only and even then it is unpacking and packing everyday to keep the place tidy. Because there is only 1 small closet with two small drawers. You pay for the location and it is one of the cheapest accommodations in this area. It is perfect for when you are out all day and single... For a couple it's a bit too tight....oh and pack light... There are a couple of small stairs to take before you're at your front door, the front door is all in the same little hall where the other studio's are as well... (In total 4 front doors) we didn't use the kitchen, but it's nice that they provided everything for the kitchen and there is a Nespresso machine... Big plus on arriving on time for key pick up and drop off... I guess their office is around the corner.

Location is amazing. Look left from the front door and you can see the water. Loved having a kitchenette, although, I could not get the stove top to work.

The shower is a bit small, which of course can’t be helped, but there needs to be something in the shower on which to set soap and shampoo.

clean & tidy hood location

the location was absolutely great. the minute you walk out the door you have clubs pubs restaurants and shops outside. walking distance to absolutely everything including beach, train station, activities such as snorkelling etc… stunning room, very appealing

the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything in the stairs/other rooms. there are a lot of stairs to get up if you have a suitcase but me and my friend had a right laugh going up and down them😂 also the fence of the balcony doesn’t touch the floor so be careful if you are taking things outside as if anything falls down it takes a while to get back. my phone slipped across the floor and fell off, I had to wait half a day for the neighbours to pass it back through

Lovely, cosy and clean apartment in the centre of Cannes, close to the Palais, sea, restaurants, bars and shopping area. Excellent communication with the agency and Alexandre, many thanks for that! Would be fine to get back again :)
