I wanted something private but with entertainment options for my daughter's 15th birthday. The place was ideal with a private pool. The hostess was so nice and answered me back through text almost immediately. The house was perfect for the age groups that accompanied me. From 2months to a twenty six year old, to two older women (lol), we all had a ball. The cleanliness of the home was great, the area was ideal, and the couple of near by eateries were pretty good. I would suggest this home to anyone that wants to feel pampered and well taken care of.

House was perfect, we enjoyed ourselves. There was some confusion about the 6th room but we worked it out. Neighbors that we had contact with was friendly. Overall great place to stay.

Our group very much enjoyed our stay in Nancy's property. The large home was clean and well equipped. Nancy was very responsive to any questions. Check-in was easy. The home sits on a beautiful, forested lot. We particularly enjoyed the expansive, private back porch. The pool was also very nice. Great home for a large family gathering.

House is very large and was perfect for our group. Nancy went above and beyond what I’d expect from a host. She was very quick replying to any questions that I had. She also put out some special decorations for our group which was an extremely generous touch! The property is huge and the pool was perfectly clean.

Excellent property! Fully equipped kitchen: spices, and basic supplies, even snacks were available. Outdoor deck and porch overlooking the stream with passing deer provided wonderful conversation areas. We recommend 👌

I rented this house with my siblings for a family reunion. The location was perfect for us and the house had everything. The kids loved taking a nature walk around the property, the pool and the games in the basement. The adults loved the kitchen and the patio.

This was my first time using Vrbo. I’ve always stayed in hotels. My family and I were all able to be together and enjoy each other. The amenities were amazing. Comfortable bed, soft towels and beautiful area. The pictures do not do this place any justice. Thank You Nancy!

Nancy's house is GREAT. Perfect size pool. Great kitchen it has everything you need to cook rooms are all great size pool table and other great amenities. Nancy is great at communicating. I can't say enough close to all the shopping. If you can stay the house is bigger then pictures

Owner did not give us a full refund despite roach infestation. Place was disorganized, smelled of raid and mold. Light bulbs dead. Tv not working. Dirty pool. Over priced. Vrbo was helpful.

Me, and my family will rent this house again for our getaway. Plenty of activities to do at the house, and plenty to do in the surrounding areas.

We had a wonderful time: me, my husband, 2 year old boy, 4 year old boy and 4 month old girl. Also my parents came along and helped with the kids. The backyard is like a secret garden escape. My boys loved taking nature walks multiple times per day. There’s also a beautiful large pool to swim in. Backyard even has a campfire area. House is full of everything you may need. We used “babyquip” to rent baby items and some toys for the kids. It was an amazing service to boot cuz they worked with Nancy to get into the house and have all setup for us. Wonderful stay!!!!

The house is beautiful just as stated. What is understated is the outdoor living space and the creek area with petite bridges that cross. You over to the outdoor oasis that is the yard and fire pit. I am runner and the neighborhood is just stunning but the deer....ahhh what a beautiful place to visit. I love it so much I am going purchase a home in that vicinity. The owner was very attentive. There are dozens of board games and plenty of pool towels. The house was comfortable for a family looking for a COVID-friendly respite. No reason to leave the property.

We had a wonderful stay Charlotte. The house was amazing and the location is perfect. Very thoughtful welcome snacks were provided. The house had everything you needed plus some. Draw full of spices, everything you need to bake. Girls made brownies and banana pudding. Plenty of space for our party of 6. Nancy was an awesome host! It was me, 2 girlfriends, and our 3 teenage girls. The girls enjoyed the game room and the pool. She had everything in that game room. Pool table, foosball table ping pong table, Wii, and Xbox. The girls really enjoyed themselves. They swam all day and game room all night. Whenever we had a question. Nancy quickly responded. We had issues with the grill she immediately came over and changed the tank. The house is absolutely lovely! Our only regret trip was way too short.

Property is absolutely perfect. So many little touches that we've never gotten at other rentals. We had so much fun at the house we really didn't explore Charlotte as much as we thought we would!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There was a small issue with the pool, but Ms Nancy was very responsive and handled the issues quickly. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back again soon!

You couldn't ask for a better property or home owner to rent from! Super easy check in. Amazing first impression. Exceptional neighbourhood. Wonderful greeting of treats and coffee. My girlfriends are made up of moms and grandmas. Every year we pick a location and meet to have some fun downtime, be silly and enjoy our company without kids or husbands. Charlotte and this house couldn't have been a better decision. The house is huge and breathtakingly beautiful. We used the pool and sat on the comfortable deck a lot. We saw deer pass through the property and we listened to the sounds of the nature which was so soothing. When I asked my friends for any possible negative feedback there wasn't any. We absolutely loved this house and all it had to offer. We wouldn't hesitate for a moment to stay here again. We just left on Sunday and I am already missing staying here. Thank you for such a pleasurable stay.

The house was great. There was plenty of room and enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning. The one thing was the pump on pool wasn’t working but we were still able to use the pool. If you need a large house in the Charlotte area..I would definitely recommend this house.

This property has it all!!! From the adults to the kids, there was something for everyone to enjoy. We loved relaxing on the large deck while the kids played in the pool. The basement game room was entertaining for the whole family, as well as all the child hood board games and the foosball and pool table. The rooms were spacious and were equipped with Amazon tv’s so we were able to watch our favorite shows/movies on Netflix and Hulu. The hospitality was unmatched, we had all the basics to cook our meals, all the toiletry and some welcome snacks were available upon our arrival. This house really felt like a home, plenty of space to stretch out and relax. If you have children, this home is perfect for separation or family time depending on the time of day. We visited Carowinds which was a quick 20 minute drive, Walmart is within 7 mins, and other stores are super close. I would stay here again and recommend this home to anyone who wants some great amenities in a quiet neighborhood but also close to everything. We didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit due to rain on the last day but be sure to bring some serious bug repellent since it’s woodsy. Oh and if you wake up early enough you can greet the deer on the property. The owner was available for questions any time of day and was very pleasant to deal with.
