L'étage principal dispose d'un salon spacieux, salle à manger ouvre qui accueille 10 ouvre sur le pont, cuisine entièrement équipée avec coin buanderie et salle d'eau.
Premier étage chambre des maîtres dispose d'un plafond cathédrale et un mur de verre avec des curseurs à la terrasse, un grand placard et salle de bain avec douche surdimensionnée et baignoire jacuzzi séparée.
Le maître du deuxième étage spacieux donne sur Woodbury Lane et dispose d'une grande salle de bain principale avec jacuzzi en coin. Deux chambres supplémentaires au deuxième étage partagent une grande baignoire. Une chambre dispose d'un lit queen avec sa propre terrasse donnant sur la cour. Our stay at 31 Woodbury was truly exceptional. The amazing detail, well-stocked amenities, perfect location, and gracious hosts made our stay unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for more. It was evident that Mark and Jody put a lot of thought and care into creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Their graciousness extended to organizing our ferry booking, which was a godsend.
The house was stocked with everything we needed and more, especially the kitchen.
The location of the house was nothing short of perfect. We loved the serenity of the back yard with the wide open sky and view of the land bank, the short walk to town, and the ease of biking to many beaches.
Cant wait to return next year!

Such a special home; close to the town, beaches and other fun activities. The house was stocked with so much thought and attention. The decorations and the bedrooms were very bright and attractive and the room layout flowed very well to accommodate my adult family and friends.
Our dog was made to feel so comfortable and he had the best time being with everybody. The ability to put a car ferry was worth its weight in gold.
We would certainly love to return very soon. Thank you Jody and Mark for sharing your home with us.

We had a wonderful time. The hosts were awesome, very responsive, and organized on communication for arrival, departure, and island activities. The house set up perfectly for our needs with a master on 1st floor + master on 2nd floor. Great flow for separating adults from teenagers (or guests), including a 3rd floor hang-out area. Yoga on the roof-deck in early AM/evening was spectacular with a nice Nantucket breeze. Easy way to town and access point to get to south side beaches as well as Jetties/Sandbar. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Jody and Mark's home! The location is excellent and allowed us to take walks down their beautiful tree lined street into town many times a day. Also centrally located to beaches, Cisco, etc., getting to/from the home was a breeze. The home was absolutely perfect for our family - we used the master on the 1st floor and our children used the master on the 2nd floor and one of the other bedrooms for their child. We used the 3rd floor as an office to get some work done - fully equipped with a printer and supplies! The decor and finishes were beautiful, outdoor grill was great, and beyond that, the house was completely stocked with everything and anything we could possibly need. The best we have experienced! Thank you Jody and Mark!!

From the time we booked 31 Woodbury to the moment we checked out, this was an absolutely perfect vacation. The hosts are top-notch and the beautifully-located house is in perfect condition. This was the 2nd year we rented from Mark and Jody, who are the most fabulous owners to rent from with most wonderful home to stay in!
This house has everything you need from beach chairs and towels, to a large deck and grill, to amazing renovated bathrooms (I now want to redo all of mine..ha!), to enough bedrooms that has room for 10 and still provides plenty of personal space (which is needed when traveling with family :)). Jody and Mark provided all the details we needed for a restful stay and were always available for questions if needed.
We loved that the house is in quiet neighborhood close to town. We rented bikes and were able to ride to town, the beach, Cisco Brewery, and even Millie's, so it really is a perfect location.
My whole family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and hope to come back someday soon!

We couldn't be happier with our stay. The home is completely updated and perfectly suited for a group of 10. The kitchen has everything we needed to prepare and serve family meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated and spacious enough for everyone to spread out. The basement is stocked with more than enough beach chairs, umbrellas, games, coolers, etc. The backyard is so pretty and quiet, a perfect setting to relax with a book or a cocktail. If you choose to go into town, it's a short walk through a charming section of town. Jody and Mark were a pleasure to deal with. They have put a lot of work and love into this home and it shows.

Our family stayed at this beautiful home over July 4th week and thoroughly enjoyed it! It has all the amenities one could ask for and it is a close walk to town. There is enough room for two families and boasts both entertaining and relaxation spots. The one thing that I would suggest is installing blackout shades in the master and top floor bedrooms. My husband and I slept in the master and my toddler on the top floor, and we were hoping to get a bit more sleep in the morning since we already wake up with our kids. Same with our daughter, she was unable to nap during the day in the attic bedroom. Other than that, its a perfect location and gorgeous home!

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The house is very well appointed with everything you need and more. From the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom to boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach - the hosts made our stay as easy as possible. I would highly recommend this property!

The property was amazing and the owners were very responsive. The house was in a quiet neighborhood very close to down town and all the restaurants, and the inside and outside were even better then the listing. The beds were comfortable and most everything has been updated to a clean modern look. We will be looking for this listing next time we come into town.

We were able to stay at Jody and Mark's lovely home for a week to celebrate my recent marriage with mine and my husband's family. Everyone had an absolutely lovely time exploring Nantucket with this wonderful space as our home base. The owners informed us shortly before arrival that they had just renovated all of the bathrooms in the home, it was a great surprise that made it feel like we were at a resort! The backyard is another highlight of this home, we did not feel like we were missing out on anything when we decided to stay in and chill in the backyard rather than go into town. When we did want to go to town it was a short and pleasant walk from the house. I cannot recommend this house enough, the only issue is you will find it hard to leave!

We loved this property - in town location and we biked and walked everywhere. It has a very homey feel - very comfortable. We were 4 couples and everyone had a king size bed and their own bathroom. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

We have only amazing things to say about this beautiful house, a short 5 minute walk from town. This summer was our second time staying at Jody and Mark's house and we looked forward to it all year! The house is spacious and beautiful, absolutely spotless and the perfect layout for both the kids and adults. The street is gorgeous and the walk to town is beautiful and so convenient. We absolutely love this house and these hosts!

We had an amazing time at Jody and Mark's property! They were super communicative throughout the process and the house had everything we needed. It was so nice to start our mornings with a short walk to town, and utilize the beach chairs/umbrellas for a day at the beach. We will definitely visit again!

We have been renting houses for our family on Nantucket and elsewhere for years. This was by far the best! The location is wonderful(short walk to town), but the hosts are what made it so special. They have thought of everything! We had a great vacation and will definitely try to return again.

Jody was highly communicative and was there if you needed anything. No issues all week and a lot of fun. It’s clear that Jody spends a lot of time making sure that you have everything you need and all questions / requests are clearly outlined for you when you arrive.
We would definitely love to stay there again if the house is available.

This is a wonderful property, and it helped to make our time on Nantucket very enjoyable. Great amenities. Roomy and comfortable. Convenient location. Picturesque, quiet setting. Town is about 10 minutes away on foot and few minutes away by bike. The owners' communications were clear, informative, and full of useful suggestions. If our travel plans bring us back to Nantucket, we would hope to stay in this beautiful home again.

Our group enjoyed our post-pandemic reunion of sorts on Nantucket Island and we were so happy with our selection in accommodation. The house allows for privacy while being conducive to the group being together too. The outdoor space is great and allowed for the group to hang out and enjoy the warm weather. Beds were comfortable. The owners have an eye for style, the interior is well-decorated. The kitchen is a bit small. The bedroom baths are exceptionally clean, with plenty of towels. One of the best house features is the central location. We had many meals in town and were able to walk off the meal each evening. The home is really well organized and outfitted. We wanted for nothing during our stay beyond having more time.

We had a family reunion of nine people (3 generations) ~ this lovely home far exceeded our expectations. It is located in a beautiful hidden gem of an enclave neighborhood just 1/2 mile from town. The open floor plan and multiple master bedrooms made for easy lounging and plenty of private space for all. The master bedroom on the first floor was especially helpful for our Dad who has mobility issues, and needs to use a walker. The house also abuts a nature sanctuary making for beautiful views from the yard, and there's an entrance with boardwalk path at the end of the block to further explore this nature preserve. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and towels for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and dining table large enough for all of us. The outdoor deck got lots of use. We couldn't ask for more and were sad to leave. Thank you for a truly memorable stay!

We had a fantastic week at Mark and Jodys home. It is a beautiful house, very well stocked with everything needed for a perfect holiday. We were fortunate to spend one week in Jody & Mark's house this past June, and it was the best vacation! Their house is lovely; the beds/linens/towels were amazingly comfortable and new. The inside furniture was all comfortable for lounging during the day. We traveled with 6 adults and 3 small children. The layout of the house allowed everyone to have their own individual space (first floor master, 2nd floor master, nice third floor area with bedroom) in addition to the common area we all shared. We cooked many meals at the house, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The gas range was great. The outdoor grill hooked up to propane was convenient and cooked wonderfully. There was enough seating for all members in our group both inside and out. Located in a private neighborhood, the walk to the top of town was about 10 minutes. It was a great spot. We had an enjoyable vacation and definitely recommend this house.
