This place was perfect. Pool is one of the best we have ever been too.

Great house and safe neighborhood. Just 15-30min away from cool restaurants and attractions. Some won’t even deliver on Uber eats. Loved the pool, games room and volleyball courts.
Second master was very small retro fitted room.
All in all great house and experience. Just location not ideal.

Our three kids and parents loved our stay. There was SO MUCH to do at the house! Kids just ran from the game room to the pool to volleyball to the kitchen all day. Plenty of room for four adults and three kiddos.

This property has all you need for the perfect vacation getaway. You don’t even have to leave the home if you just want a weekend on the property full of games and relaxation! I would recommend this home to anyone. All ages would be accommodated with the variety of games and space this place has to offer.

Beautiful landscaping, amazing swimming pool, game room, Volleyball court, sand play area, outside fireplace...there was something for everyone in our large family! The place was clean, beds were ample, and the hosts were responsive. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Just a great place to accomodate alot of people. There were so many things to do , everyone stayed entertained. We had a blast. On the house side, we wish it were a bit better taken care of and more ready for our arrival. However, the management company was very good about responding to our requests.

House and location was amazing! Perfect for our small team of 11 to retreat and connect. Communication with property management company was pretty poor. Our toilet in guest house got clogged, and shower in guest house had septic come up through shower. Toilet eventually got fixed, but shower wasn’t fixed or cleaned. A landscaping company all spent 2.5 hours cleaning property on Saturday morning (without any heads up), which was annoying considering how much we paid to stay here. Had there been better communication and prompt fixing of problems, definitely would’ve given this 5-stars

This was such a nice property! We all loved the amineties especially the nice large pool. Everyone was able to relax and have a great time. Definitely will book this place again!

This is our second time staying here and it is perfect for a quick family getaway from San Diego! The pool is big with a volleyball net, slide & diving board make for fun times with the kids. Plenty of shaded areas to sit outside in the August heat. The game room was hit with the kids and swing was loved by our younger kids (12, 10, 8). The house is very clean and spacious with plenty of room for privacy when needed. The large dining table was perfect for meals and game night! Plenty of restaurants and grocery delivery sowe barely left the house which is exactly what we were looking for. Quiet neighborhood and easily accessible. Just a very peaceful, relaxing , spacious resort feel place to reset and be with the kids before school starts. We can't wait to come back!

Golf Trip
Enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for 12 guys on a golf trip. Enjoyed the pool. The property managers were easy to work with and not intrusive.

Bachelorette Trip
We had such a fun time at this party house with a big group of 15 folks. Never felt cramped once. Big shout out to the hosts who were so welcoming and gracious. This location was close enough to the airport and the fun things we did in Scottsdale.

Resort in Paradise
This property was exactly what our group was looking for. The amenities available to use at the house were endless (pool, hot tub, putting green, pool table). It was within ubering distance to Old Town and neighboring golf courses for the group. Would most certainly stay here again

Beautiful, Relaxing Property!
We had a girls weekend here with 14 of us staying at the property. Check in was pretty smooth— the only issue we had was that the gate code was also for our primary door when instructions said otherwise. The freezer had some issues keeping cool but there was an extra chest freezer and maintenance came within an hour of us notifying the property manager. The space was very clean and had SO MANY amenities. We stayed for 4 nights and didn't even get to use everything! The pool was fantastic and the views of Mt Shadow are excellent. The beds were comfortable and the area is very quiet. They keep the property extremely clean and I was comfortable the entire time. We're already planning a trip back!

Great Getaway
Our family has a wonderful stay. The pool was spacious enough for all 5 of us to be on a floaty! The slide was fun for adults too. The bedrooms were big and clean, memory foam beds were super comfortable and big enough for my husband and I (I'm 6' & he's 6'4). Plenty of bathrooms space as well. Very clean with tons of activities. The outdoor space was very well designed and entertainment paradise. The kids loved the game room where they could go and have their own space. We loved that as well so we could enjoy quiet time relaxing while they played pool and shuffle board. We definitely will be coming back.

Perfect vacation house
We had two families with teenagers and school aged kids here for spring break and there was no reason to leave!!
After a terrible beginning at a different property, we switched to this one and it was paradise.
I can’t say enough about the cleanliness and activities this one property has:) kids are already asking to come back and we will for sure!!

Amazing house
This house was anything we could have wished for! The host was very polite and answered to texts right away with no worry. There were so many things to do on this property we never got bored. Me and my friends who came on this trip can all agree we could've stayed for another week and still wouldn't have run out of stuff to do. Thank you Victor Hugo!!

Awesome villa for bug groups!
We had a group of 17 guys for a bachelor party and this house was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably (we doubled up in the queen/king beds and used the couch) and there was plenty of room for everyone. Pool was great, hot tub worked great, and the volleyball court was very popular. A 20ish minute uber to downtown/old town which isn’t too bad. I’d definitely recommend it for large groups.

Great activity house!
We had a lovely stay -- and will come again if the opportunity arises. The activities are great for a larger group -- games, volleyball. putting green, etc and enough space outside to spread out. Great place for multiple families or couples or a family reunion.

Very responsive, easy to deal with
Wonderful house, plenty of room to have a great time both inside and outside. Elite was very easy to deal with and extremely responsive. Every time I had a question or needed something, I was able to get a live person instead of just an automated system. Would definitely go back to this spot and if it wasn't available would prefer to rent from Elite.

Perfect House for Girls Trip
This rental was even better than the photos! The house was very nice and high quality (no flimsy cupboards or furniture) and the outdoor space was unreal - even better than expected! The pool is large and deep with tons of chaise lounges for seating. We didn't even get to utilize everything on the property because there were so many amenities to enjoy. Even the living room which compared to the expansive outdoor area looked smaller ended up being a great area to hang out in and the couch offered tons of seating. We booked this house with nine girls and felt we had plenty of space. Can't recommend this property enough for a large group!

Not worth the price
We rented this property for a Hula Retreat. Upon arriving at 4:30p, the cleaners were still there so we couldn’t get settled in right away. They left around 5p. The trash bins were filled to the brim (and absolutely foul). We had to stack our trash outside for 3 out of 4 nights. 2 men came onto the property to take the trash out but we (adults) were not advised. We had 12 underaged girls with us! We should have known when to expect them. Anything could have happened! The main house and casita were VERY dusty. The rug in the main house living room was disgusting. Made of jute, it held a lot of dust and shed everywhere. Besides the lack of cleanliness, the pictures of the property are misleading. This property does NOT have as much space as it looks. We had 14 people (less than the “max” capacity). The rooms with the bunk beds are VERY tiny. Barely enough space to move around. Furthermore, the beds were so uncomfortable and the pillows were flat, it was hard to sleep well. When we stripped the bedding before leaving, all the pillows were stained and very old. The bathroom door to the main Master bedroom is broken. We couldn’t close it all the way to get any privacy. Lastly, the pool & hot tub were dirty throughout our week here. We had to clean them ourselves. The price for this property is definitely NOT worth it. Especially if no upgrades are being made. We will not book, or recommend, this property to anyone. We made sure to clean well to maybe help the cleaners finish on time for the next guest. We left the property in much better condition than we received it.

Way over priced and would not recommend this house to my family or friends. This may seem harsh but it’s an honest review.

Mini Resort!
A group of us came out to AZ and stayed here for our friends bachelorette weekend. It was spacious, close to many things to do in PHX and Scottsdale. The whole property is fenced and has a gate which made us feel safe. It was definitely like a mini resort. The pool, sand volleyball area, swings, and outdoor seating were picturesque and a lot of fun! Really the only issue we saw was with some cleanliness. A few girls mentioned finding hair/dirt inside of some beds that were made. We ended up washing the sheets and it was fine. Overall we felt it was a great experience and worth the wait! Thanks for helping make our weekend so successful!

The home we rented in Arizona was absolutely stunning and designed to entertain. It had a heated pool, several dining/hang out areas outside, swings, an outdoor bar area, volleyball court and putting green. The rental company was easy to communicate with prior to the trip and they gave several suggestions for grocery delivery services to use. They really went above and beyond what an Airbnb or VRBO may do and have less hidden/unnecessary fees.

Birthday Celebration
I invited our kids and grandkids to come to the house for my birthday. There was truly something for everyone to do. The accommodations were perfect for each family. The pool, game room, swings, volleyball, golf and space inside to play games was wonderful. We would truly enjoy coming back again.
