I reported many issues during the first day. No air freshener, light bulb still out in the kitchen, bathroom faucets still the same issue ( I get the shower ready for everyone and come cut it off when they are done so no chance of the handle s coming off) and cable is cuts out every few minutes . I never found the toaster and the towel rack in the bathroom is going to fall off if it doesn't get tightened. I think what is fair is that we get refunded for one night. I only received $129.59 refund. We paid a total of $1659.91 for 4 nights. I truly feel someone really from VACASA should do a thorough inspection of this property and fix what needs to be fixed before renting out.

We liked the location, within walking distance to the beach and pool. The condo needs some updating. The condo ceiling was leaking, we reported it, it was not addressed or acknowledged. Also, the key card was not working for the gate to enter the parking lot, and this issue took days to get resolved. Even though we experiencing these issues we liked the amenities and location.

Great location with private beach access and nice pool. Clean property located near lighthouse. BUT. Worn out, uncomfortable couch. And the beds were really REALLY terrible. There were two bunk beds located in the hall, not 3 twin beds., that had hard, worn out, thin mattresses on a plywood base. The “queen” bed was not an actual bed. It was a homemade plywood platform with storage underneath and was .full-sized, not queen size. There was not a mattress but only a thin, worn out foam pad directly on the wooden base. The “bed” was positioned so that there was a wall on 3 sides so you had to crawl over each other to get In and out. We lasted only one night. Very unhappy. But very VERY pleased with the response from management when I complained. Offered another property or a refund without any hassle. It could be a nice little condo but the owners need to replace the couch, put new mattresses on the TWO bunk beds (not three twin beds) and put a real bed in the bedroom with a mattress and box springs that doesn’t require you to crawl over your sleeping partner.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week. Great location, right on the beach. We would walk up to the north beach point everyday because we liked the waves there. Affordable cost and ease of finding the place. Downsides, the mattress is basically a thick foam pad, was comfier than I was thinking it was going to be, but I would have preferred an actual mattress. The temp can only be set to a low of 70 degrees. The bedroom stayed cooled, and the have a fan as well which had us a comfortable temp (for reference my room when I sleep I set to 64 degrees). The balcony/patio gives a direct view of the pool and you can see a sliver of the Savannah river/ocean. We would stay again, but would probably look for a more ocean front view instead.

THERE WERE NO MATTRESSES IN THIS RENTAL. Our master bedroom “queen bed” was just TWO 3 INCH MEMORY FOAM PADS stacked on each other and covered with bedding to look like a real bed. The other queen bed was a pull out couch mattress - which is as thin as you can imagine. The two bunks were basically cots, no more than 5 inches thick. The cleaning person didn’t arrive until after we checked in, so the rental was a mess when we arrived. The shower had the hot and cold knobs BACKWARDS. The overhead lighting didn’t work in any room. The door code was the length of a whole phone number, and our door key got stuck in the lock every time we used it. There was also a boil water advisory for Tybee island that the property manager neglected to tell us about - we found out about it when we went out to eat later. To say I am disappointed by this is an understatement. We thought we got a sweet deal on a beach front property, and instead we got scammed out of money and decent sleep. I’m pursuing a refund, and I hope Vacasa either improves this property or nixes it entirely.

Location on island was fine...pool was great but unit was so poorly maintained it felt dangerous...mattresses were exhausred. .

We had a lot of fun. The place was kind of small for six people but it was nice and we would stay there again, but not with six adults in that place at the night everything was beautiful.

The staff was very helpful, we did not have any problems.

We didn't spend a lot of time indoors since we visited lots of places. We mainly used it for sleeping and showering. The mattress (foam) is very comfortable and the sheets were clean. Overall, it's a nice condo facing the pool. Not a lot of noise comes through. It's definitely outdated inside with mismatched faucet knobs, some barely bolted down, and towel rack hanging out of the wall, no dishwasher, really old oven, drawers do not seem to have a stop and could fall, medicine cabinet in the bathroom was dirty and rusty. I could not find a GFCI in the bathroom, which could be a safety issue, and could not figure out what some light switches did. We also couldn't figure out if/how some of the light fixtures worked. The couch was a bit dirty, maybe stained, and the ceiling was very dusty and pretty gross. In the end, the bed was great, shower had hot and cold water, the fridge kept the beers cold, and the place was close to the beach. It satisfied basic needs.

The pictures on the Vacasa site needs to be updated. The place needs to be renovated. I mean, gut the whole place replace or paint everything. The bedroom closet looks like has not been clean properly. It has dust on the floor. Extra pillow was also on the closet floor. The bed sits on a fly wood. I don’t recommend staying her for 3 or 4 days. The bunk bed don’t have a ladder. My kids (6, 8yrs old) could not ever climb up. The kitchen. Omg. We are constantly checking the over just because it didn’t have numbers on the dial. So you have look at the red indicator next to it if it’s on or off. If you don’t cook it won’t bother you. It’s hard not to look at the kitchen. The kitchen also has to be renovated. The living room. The couch sleeper really has to go. It’s dirty. It has stain everywhere. When we unfolded the couch dirt debris fell. The cable. It took me forever to get it working. I have to turn off everything reset the cable. Sometimes it’ll work sometimes it don’t. This place is HOA. They are very strict. My kids can’t even have 1 medium ball in the pool. I feel like every time my kids makes a laugh noise we will get in trouble. And my kids are well behave. I don’t recommend this for family that has kids. Now, I do love the balcony. The balcony is the only Place I like just because I could see the beach and the sunset. It’s so pretty. I love how it’s a walking distance to the private beach.

The location is fantastic! clean beaches, short distance from Savannah, great resturants nearby. Pool and parking were nice and easy to utilize. Room is clean, plenty of space for 4. Slight view of ocean from the balcony but within walking distance to the beach. (Just off to the side of the building is an access) Would recommend to anyone!

The property is quiet with beach access and a pool. The condo is spacious enough and convenient. I really enjoyed the balcony. The only drawback was the very stained couch. As the only comfy indoor space to chill, I could only sit on it after covering it up with some towels.

Close to the funnest things! Huc A Poos, the water, great food, out of the traffic, etc. the room was fantastic too. There was enough space for several people, but it was perfect for me by myself too.

Our only complaint was that the bed was not comfortable and is placed in a corner so that someone has to sleep along the wall. Not fun for a claustrophobic person. The place is a bit out dated, but very clean and the property is well taken care of.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was pretty retro but we loved it! Only tip is to bring your own coffee creamer as there wasn't any. But they did have a coffee pot and coffee available for our stay:)

The complex was very nice well-maintained we were 30 seconds from the beach which was absolutely beautiful. The unit is worn down the kitchen is a I guessfrom the original build in the eighties I would say. Not enough dishes no dishwasher. The owners need to rip out that kitchen spend a few thousand dollars to put a decent one and repaint replace the sofa and do some other things. It was fine for the two nights that my son and I were there we had a great time otherwise and I will certainly use your service again.

The location is perfect but the unit is in serious need of a remodel. I would expect this type of unit to be rated in the 3.7-3.9 range, but for some reason it is averaging 4.6. It's the first time that the rating has fooled me.

The place itself could use some updates, but the location was perfect. When we checked in we didn’t have a key to get into our place, but the actual racquet club had a person that helped us. Deb was amazing. She helped contact the Vacasa contact who was pleasant to deal with, we were supposed to get some kind of refund which we never did. I’d stay at the Racquet Club again, but probably not the property through Vacasa.

We loved our stay at this cute condo. We hung out on the beach (private access), it was conviently located to everything, and they even had beach supplies for us to use. Ive already recommended this place to a ton of friends and coworkers.

The pictures very misleading. This condo hasn't been updated really since probably the 80's. Lights flickered on off. The outlets would hod our chargers. The fixtures in tub had a hole below drain, paint on the bathtub fixtures. The closets were old. It was just poor. I have already communicated with someone and sent pjctures.

We stay at this complex every time we come to Tybee, always a good time!

Our condo was not cleaned before our arrival we found dirty sheets on the bed a used maxi pad under the bunkbed and bread in the window seal.

Fun trip. The condo facility was nice. Grounds were well kept and look good. The condo inside is quite old and dated. For the price we paid to me was quite high for a condo this dated but it is summer following Covid. Despite that we had a good time. AC worked well. We were comfortable in the room. The staff we dealt with were great and very friendly and helpful.

Very nice condo. Loved the location. The beach wasn't crowded since it was private and was very clean. Enjoyed seeing the dolphins, gulls, pelicans, etc. Nice shells and a ton of hermit crabs. I will definitely come back to Tybee Island and stay at this location.

We love the private access to the beach. It was a wonderful location for family. Even though it was a holiday weekend, it was a very relaxed beach experience. Our kids had a blast! Fun, quick getaway.
