Off grid Glamping cabin. 45 min from north Austin 5 min to Lake Travis
Cabine hors réseau unique sur 6 acres pouvant accueillir 8 personnes avec un plan d'étage ouvert et un loft. Il a également son propre étang privé. La cabine se trouve à proximité du lac Travis, du parc d'état de Turkey Bend, du refuge national de la vie sauvage de Balcones Canyonlands et de la cave Flat Creek Estate. Idéal pour les réunions de famille et de groupe. Les personnes supplémentaires peuvent apporter une tente ou un camping-car pour une somme modique. Gaz, fumeur et gros barbecues au charbon. . Pas d'électricité ni d'eau courante. Nous avons des lampes solaires, de batterie et de gaz. Un pot de portier qui est entretenu en fonction de notre volume d'invités et toujours maintenu propre. Nous fournissons également de l'eau potable dans des conteneurs pour le lavage ou la cuisson. Nous utilisons cette cabine pour nos escapades en famille et entre amis. Nous l'apprécions tellement que nous voulions partager nos expériences avec les autres. Dans ce cadre montagnard paisible.

This property is beautiful! It’s less than 15 minutes from Lago Vista, which has a grocery store and food places, and is about 10 minutes from a beautiful spot on Lake Travis. The property is quiet and beautiful, and the owner was very helpful and kind with check in and questions during our stay. One thing to be sure you are aware of is that there is no running water, and the bathroom is a port-a-potty. This was fine with us, but we didn’t see this detail before arriving. It just felt more like primitive camping, but with a nice air conditioned place to sleep, so it was fine. Definitely recommend! I would stay here again!

Jay is great and made sure that we understood how to start the generator. He even had a fire going in the fire pit when we arrived.

I came here with around 10 of my friends and we had an awesome time! Jay was an incredible host and set everything up for us perfectly. Some features that I liked and may not be evident from the pictures-
-Tons of hangout space for everyone outside with 30ish chairs
-grill with propane
-solar powered lights all over the yard
-Generator for lights and AC in the cabin
We will most likely be coming back, it was a ton of fun and greatly exceeded my expectations.

Outstanding
When I arrived, I was astonished in how breathtaking the actual ranch was. The host had the property cleaned, had extra supplies for us, and even stayed to talk to us on things to do in the area.

The outdoor area was the best part, set up with solar lights for the nights and a fantastic fire pit to sit around and enjoy the stars! would highly recommend this to others that are looking to "camp" in the area. 5 stars all around!

Family Hunting Trip
This property was just perfect for our needs on our quick hunting trip to the area. Everything we needed was at arms reach. The cabin was great! Kids really enjoyed the loft! The outdoor area was the best part, set up with solar lights for the nights and a fantastic fire pit to sit around and enjoy the stars! would highly recommend this to others that are looking to "camp" in the area. 5 stars all around!

We were contacted by Jay in the morning who showed us the property. It was located on 6 acres of land so plenty of area to gather some extra firewood aside from the large logs already prepared by the big fire pit. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed for a great stay including a generator with a full tank and extra fuel. Highly recommend for a nice escape from life's stressors and relax out in the woods with the stars.

Our stay at Jay's ranch was everything we could've hoped for. The cabin has air conditioning which is nice when it gets too hot, really interesting decorations, plenty of outdoor activities to do on site, and multiple locations on the lake you can drive to nearby. All in all it was a great stay and would gladly go back.

Love this place though and had good vibes all throughout. All my company and I enjoyed our time and will keep this place in mind for the future.

Special Memories Were Made
Mr. Jay worked with us to find the perfect weekend to celebrate our 14-year-old son‘s birthday with a few of his best friends. He met with us at an agreed-upon time for a tour of the property and made sure we had plenty of clean water and firewood for a bonfire later in the evening. The boys had fun exploring, playing darts, and hanging out. The property isn’t far from Marble Falls so we were able to enjoy dinner at the Blue Bonnet Café. After dinner, boys had fun using Mr. Jay’s kayaks at the lake that is just around the corner. A late evening was spent around a beautiful bonfire eating s’mores. We made many wonderful memories. Thank you for letting us to enjoy your special property and the great outdoors, Mr. Jay!

We had a blast!
This place had everything we needed for our family camp out! If we forgot to bring something - no worries cause it was there for us to use. Our party of 6 had plenty of room and it was just a short drive to the lake. We already started planning our next trip there while we were on this one. If you're looking for a fun family campsite - you should check this place out!

Awesome for a weekend with friends
We thoroughly enjoyed Jay’s Ranch. Perfect spot for a weekend with friends where you want to drink around a campfire. There’s trails to hike, parks nearby and it’s close to the lake and highway. Jay had it all set up with mattresses and chairs and extra generator gas. Communication with the owners was very helpful.

This is a great property. If you enjoy a relaxing off grid camping/cabin experience, then this is for you! Very charming and fun. Property management is very helpful and courteous. 5 out of 5 stars!!!

*ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE*
The pictures online do NOT do this place justice. We had a surprise bday “glamping” get together here, for my daughter. Her friends and I were very impressed by it. It slept 8 comfortably and we had everything PLUS what we needed. Jay even went out of his way to drive out, to turn on the generator for us! This place is DEFINITELY a HIDDEN GEM!!! We’ll be back for sure!!
