Great location to the venue for CrossFit semifinals Clean !!! Surprisingly quiet given it is location to downtown . I would have liked a TV in the bedroom .

We have a short getaway. The location was great and easy to walk many places.

We absolutely love these condos and their location. Would stay here every time if we could. The only thing we wish is that the main area maybe had a mirror in the hall or something so easier when people are getting ready. Other than that, fabulous!

The accommodations were perfect, and the location could not be more convenient. However, there was no contact/information book to help us communicate with the property manager and a window was stuck open upon our arrival and no one ever contacted us back after several messages in the Vrbo app. The noise from the street was extremely loud all night and we did not sleep well either night because of it and the window was wide open for the whole stay. If our issue had been addressed, I would have given 5 stars.

This apartment is steps from everything downtown Knoxville has to offer. I can't imagine a more perfect location. The property was very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend!

Returned this year for Volleyball Tournament Location is excellent - Vibe is a little different - missed the Zen Namaste decor - but excellent accommodations and wonderful location

It was the perfect location! The bar underneath was a little loud but it didn’t bother us. Tons of restaurants were in walking distance, wish we could have stayed longer.

We always enjoy our time staying here. We’ve stayed here several times during the Holidays usually for a month. It is always clean, the cleaning lady is so so nice and always stopping by to see if anything is needed. Perfect location on market square! We will always choose to stay here if available.

Extremely clean property in a fantastic location. There is some noise due to the bars and people out and about at night. Other than some noise we highly recommend this listing. Thanks.

Everything was exactly as described. I was a little worried about the parking because of the football game but it was a breeze to park in the Langley garage. Thank you for a great experience!

We have stayed in this building several times over the last 3 years. It is our go-to spot. We like bringing our dogs and they are pet friendly. We love being on Market Square and right off Gay Street. We will certainly stay again!

Great home base for a couple. Everything you need in the apartment. Very clean. Fun to step out your door right onto Market Square for dinning, shopping, and music. Ear plugs provided and sleep was not an issue even being in the middle of everything. Thank you.

Loved the place! We always end up in Market Square when visiting our daughter in Knoxville, so decided to stay there this time. Will definitely be staying there every time from now on if available. The vibe is great... walk down for breakfast and coffee outside in the morning and do some people-watching. Then, a quick night cap at one of the bars before heading up for the night. Really clean building...met the person responsible for keeping it clean and she is wonderful! I messed up on my reservation and was able to extend my stay relatively easily. Some reviews mention the noise, but it is a downtown area and, on weekends, we knew and expected there to be some noise. Honestly, it was easy to drown out and it is a small price to pay to be in such a great location and condo!

Such a great apartment in a great area of town. Exactly what we needed. Market Square has fantastic restaurants and this apartment was right there at them. Had everything we needed and mad for a great stay.

We love staying at this property when we are in Knoxville! We were there for our daughter’s graduation and always love the proximity to campus and downtown restaurants/Market Square. It’s always clean and welcoming, we will definitely be staying again soon!

The apartment was secure, clean & right in the middle of everything! We found the special touches that sometimes aren’t provided like shampoo, luxurious towels, coffee & little snacks even more inviting! The pull out couch mattress was a bit lumpy, but after a long day, it didn’t disrupt a tired kid. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had everything we needed. Appreciated that there were stocked items and dishes etc. The apartment was very clean. Location was great, close to dining, shopping and the parking garage.

Love the accommodations and can not beat the location. Loved being within walking distance to downtown and campus. Parking was easy and so was checking in to the unit. Felt like "a local" and loved every part of the stay!
