Great location, close to the sea, many restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhood, thus the street with the apartment is a quiet one. Comfortable beds, well endowed kitchen and, not at least, a very friendly an helpful host. St Paul's Bay is not as populated and crowded as other famous locations from Malta (like St Julian or La Valetta) and this was very good for us. Also the public transport is very good and the bus station is 200 meter far rom the apartment

Well... we understand the restriction of building thus just one bathroom for 5 persons sometimes is not enough. Thus the price was perfect so we were aware from the beginning on this inconvenient and we managed this.

Rachel and her family were very friendly with us and helped us in several circumstances when we arrived at the flat: as we were about to understand how to get the keys, Rachel's uncle showed us how to get the keys. Moreover, it was not clear to us how to electrically power up the flat and again we got in touch with Rachel who simply indicated us how to do - very simple indeed. Besides this, the day of our arrival we lost one luggage during a bus change from the airport to the flat. The same day, Rachel's uncle brought us to the Ferry terminal in Cirkewwa in order to see whether our luggae was somehow got found in the bus, unfortunately without success :-/ At the Lost&Found depot someone gave us a L&F number and Rachel kept on calling them the day after in order to check whether our luggage was found. Luckily our luggage was indeed kept by a passenger who had noticed us on the bus (we were travelling in 6 people, 4 kids :-D) and he managed to get in touch with me on my Facebook account. After speaking with him - he lived in Gozo - I agreed with Rachel that she could collect it directly from him, since she was right there for dealing with another flat she owns in the other island. The day after her parents finally brought us the missed luggage directly to our flat. Besides this adventurous beginning of vacation, we were constantly followed by her during our stay, our towels were changed after we asked for it and even if a glass got broken we were not charged for it. We found there all commodities we were looking for and we managed to arrange our stay in Malta with no further problem. The unique aspect which might be improved is the AC in one of the rooms (3 rooms out of 4 were provided of an AC unit and were pleasantly cool), even though an electric fan was indeed present to somehow lever the overheating.

An AC unit in each room might be advisable, even though an electric fan was present. However, by letting all room doors open we could somehow profit of the coolness coming from the adjacent rooms.

Very nicely decorated and clean apartment. Close to the waterfront and to the public transportation. Waterfront is very nice and long and you can walk all along the St. Pauls and Buggiba all the way to Aquarium if you have the energy. We liked this waterfront and restaurants much more than Sliema's or St. Julian's. There are bolt and uber electric scooters around for a quick ride. Street to the apt is a blind alley, almost impossible to park, but there is always enough parking space on the seaside road which is close by. Rachel is very friendly and recommended us restaurants nearby for different budgets.

There was some construction noise from one of the close-by apartments but only during the day. We had a small kid that takes afternoon naps, otherwise we would not have noticed.

Very nice place, newly finished and very modern and rooms with AC. very near the water for a swim, and in a good area.

well finished, comfortable.

Little restorant on the seaside served breakfast. Public transport facilities are excellent. We could enjoy the beach, it is very close to the apartment.
