Rooms were great. So was the living room space along with kitchen and dining area. Good refrigerator. Quiet area and location in general.

Only improvement needed is maintenance of doors going out of villa from living room and kitchen area which is not a big deal anyway. The villa is really worth in all aspects.

The staff at this property are all great! ! Especially Savito with helping us with the checkin and touring the peoperty and meena - they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. Would defintely recommend this place!

The location was decent. However, the location pin sent initially by the management was incorrect. Also, the management did not mention to us that there was parking behind the property. Overall the experience was very good. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

When we entered the villa, it looked clean and well kept. However the floors were a bit sticky so we had to keep our shoes on for the entire stay. There were no mats in the bathroom or outside the bathroom :(

Fit to accommodate several families

Services were poor. No water.. No tissue. Nothing to hang clothes ... The number given was closed for a while and respond to WhatsApp was slow even though the number was the only way for communication. Maintenance was poor. Several stuff need repairing.. With the high price and the pictures at booking I was expecting something completely different.

Nothing .. the entire experience was absolutely ruined because the person did not want to have a reasonable conversation, did not make sense .. no wait signed for the deposit... aed 2000 gone ... its a scam..

Complete scam , what they don't tell you is that they ask 2k for a deposit.. but they will deduct for the cleaning charge, my entire 2k was not returned back as the person stated it will be deducted for cleaning . Do not recommend at all .. don't be fooled ..

Zero disturbance, quiet area

Some of the rooms and bathrooms have no locks and too many cats in the area.
