Winsuites locaton near the main market is excellent. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were excellent. Our room was well appointed and clean. Loved the roof top area with fantastic views and pool.

Very minor point........ room was very hot after our being out all day, air conditioning took a while to cool it down. But really, this wasn't a huge problem.

- ontbijt karig kan vooral op continentaal vlak vele malen beter - zwembad en dakterras waren bouwput. Dit werd nergens vermeld bij de boeking. (zwembad was overigens wel bruikbaar)

Really enjoyed the rooftop pool for a swim and happy hour after a hot day sightseeing!

We chose the cheapest room with no window, which was ok, but the room itself was small and felt a little too cramped, but ok for a short stay.

perfect hotel suite in the centre of Ho Chi Minh City we even got to have a cocktail and dance in the pool in the evening which was a fun treat the views from the room were amazing free snacks and water each day was a real treat we loved our stay!!! easy to get to local markets and carry (lots) of shopping back to the room helpful staff :)

Some of the bar staff were not as friendly as their colleagues at reception and when you asked for a drink it seemed like a chore

The location was excellent and the reception and concierge staff were very friendly. The room is clean and looks like the photos.

The gym room is exactly like the photos ie cardio only. Our safe wasn’t working properly, maybe low on battery. The towels were quite old and fraying. These are just minor things, all in all a good stay.

המדרגות בכניסה מקשות על הובלת המזוודות.

קבלת פנים נפלאה, שירות אדיב. היינו רק לילה אחד אחרי טיסה. לקחנו את הסוויטה שהיתה מהממת ביופיה, מיטה נוחה, אמבטיה מפנקת. ארוחת הבוקר היתה עשירה ומגוונת, הצוות ידידותי. נשמח לחזור לשם בעתיד.

Perfect location, next door to Ben Thanh market and in walking distance of many tourist attractions. Buffet breakfast was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful

The sink drained slowly, and it would have been nice to separate the bathroom from the toilet.

👎👎👎 👎👎👎 👎👎👎 👎👎👎 非常非常糟糕糟糕的一次住宿經驗 以後絕對不會再入住 ！爛透了👎👎👎 2022年曾多次入住此飯店 印象中服務環境硬體設備都很好 唯獨這次！ 太糟糕了非常不愉快的旅遊 文長，請耐心讀完 ⚠️奉勸入住此飯店者房間任何角落必定要拍照錄影清楚紀錄免得不順遂的事降臨 任何損失毀損都是客人的問題！⚠️ 2023-12-31 最後一夜選擇入住 14點入住 在飯店休息 直至晚間18點多外出吃晚餐接著 返回飯店約19點休閒片刻 至20點外出去跨年 至00:50 回到飯店房間 即發現衣櫃門的一層玻璃破損緊急聯絡飯店人員上來處理 服務人員一上來就問是不是房間門關太大力？導致破損？ 當下我立即回覆20點出門都無發現任何異常（就我無照片可證明？房間是不是有問題？）直至跨年結束回房發現時立馬聯繫處理 也謝謝當下有幫忙處理打掃乾淨 當晚入眠多次聽到玻璃多次爆裂的聲音（是多次！不是幾次而已） 睡眠品質非常的糟糕 最糟糕的來了 隔天退房即今天2024/1/1 新年元旦 飯店回覆因這種玻璃不會自己損壞 一定是受到物品或撞擊💥 還說上面有三個洞（試問可形成這三個洞的物品請問有在房內尋找到嗎？） 完全完全不合理當下要求我們賠償 50%的修復費用就是1百50萬越盾折合台幣約1900元（全額3百萬越盾折合台幣約3800元） 我就試問這種損壞痕跡三個洞？房間走道如此擁擠的狀態下，難不成我在房裡玩漆彈BB 槍射擊？？？？ 夜晚回到房間當下還被割傷流血隔天房間還有屑屑也再次流血 最後結論就是要賠償修復費用 金額費用不多但真的感覺很差 新年我也懶得講了 最後賠償金額為1百萬越盾新台幣約1300 謝謝耐心讀完此文的人唷 當作花錢消災了！ 新年快樂🎉

Great location, comfortable beds, good room size

Open plan toilet area, the breakfasts were very limited in selection and the coffee was never hot - sometimes it was warm but usually almost cold. Also the pool and roof/bar area were sadly under used

we chose this property because it was in a good location and clean, we wanted a 4 star hotel after staying in various lesser accommodation everything was mostly all right, the staff was very helpful and nice

- the listing on booking can and should be improved- we were left with the impression that our rooms would have certain facilities, but in reality they crammed us into the smallest rooms they could find (not matching the photos for the room - which supposedly was a "deluxe" room, but i was genuinely scared i will bump the tv while trying to go to the bathroom) - they gave us complimentary mini bar but in reality it was just 2 waters and 2 beers - the bathroom was good but the water in the shower didn't really get as warm as we would have liked - also genuinely believed we would have a bathtub (which we didn't) - they asked us to pay the rooms at the time of check in, which is unusual - the breakfast buffet is nothing to wrote home about, in fact some of us completely skipped it on the second night of our stay - my biggest complaint is in fact a pet peeve - they gave us only 1 keycard for the room (which was also needed for power) so we couldn't do things separately. on top of that, apparently losing the keycard would cost 10 dollars, this made me laugh for a 4 star hotel

Steep entry stairs. Strange room bathroom layout. Lobby men's toilet door is dangerously close if you are washing your hands and someone enters quickly.

Decent location rooms were clean enough and spacious enough and reason for the Price staff were relatively accommodating, even though I lost my room key

A little bit of an older Room not too bad you get what you pay for. Not a terribly disgusting hotel like some of the other hotels in the area so I think it’s right on the Price point.
